I just opened the living room and I can't wait to finish all the rooms. I'm willing to spend my free time, to try and try again to beat the levels, so I can decorate every room and choose the best designs (I'm interested in home design, btw). If only this game was just about designing houses and not match 3 puzzle, I would definitely love it more.. Anyway, in my opinion, Austin and his small family are incredibly rich and have a massive mansion, because he is a descendant of soldier (his great-grandfather is a national hero during the war, I guess?). Their house had a large garden, probably because land was not very expensive at that time, so his great-grandfather could afford it. And the mansion was near a lake, so he had to set up a boathouse in the backyard. About the lake cabin, I don't know. And some rooms, I theorize that before all of this, the party room was the guest wing, while the guest wing was a big storeroom, because what a retired soldier gonna do with a party room in a mansion?
