Yo, it's Eric here! I'm the random legend!!! Got passed by these guys absolutely busting out 5:30s and saw a challenge HAHA. I ran into your buddy Treyce today at Liberty and he told me about this video! Such an honor to run with someone of your caliber and your friends and pros! Best of luck in your race!!
Bro I just got into running 3 years ago and I am 39. In August I just had my 5th kid. I have to get up at 5am to get my runs in before the crew wakes up for the day. You got this man!!!
Haha..thank ya..fun little scene developing here in SLC, and this felt like a good excuse to document..appreciate the shout outs on social..hopefully we can keep delivering on this series!
Dude, this was rad! And you’re no way near done at 33. I always use the example of Mark Darbyshire, who’s pretty much the best UK 100mile mountain runner not named Tom Evans. He holds the CRs at almost all the big UK 100s and has a top20 at UTMB. He’s mid 40s and started running in his 30s. It’s never too late! Best of luck 👊🏼
Yeahhhh I might have been exaggerating the physical decline part..but by 33 in most other sports (like football, where I originally hail from)..33 is knocking on the door of aging out..that is what’s cool about its I suppose is the window can be longer
Wow🎉Always excited when another episode drops so quickly from the last one! Will be great to follow your training with a coach like Tyler!!! Can’t wait to follow #goals #hopeisintheair
Thanks! Yeah, excited to be working with Tyler on this one..I’m really interested in his philosophy and I equally love that fact that we can test this in person relationship where he’s there for some workouts, long runs etc
This is awesome!!! As someone that is also training for a race in February while living in a predominantly winter town, looking forward to seeing how your training evolves! Regardless, you’re crushing it!!
Exactly..yeah, gonna have to get creative some times..I’m sure I’ll be making training camp trips down to Saint George and Moab as things need to get more specific closer to race day but also, there will be a long of times when yeah I’ll have to slog on snowy salt lake trails..won’t be perfect but it will be interesting!!
Wow. Awesome video and peek into your world. So many amazing moments captured and shared! You are flying, Finn! Repartee between interviewer and you is comfortable and chill. Your wife and baby seem so great. It doesn’t look like this is your swan-song. Good luck in Canary Islands. Thanks for making this cool video. You are a god!!!!
Ohh Brett will be involved (I hope)..he’s frequently a training advisor and I bet we’ll do some crossover gear episodes for this on the CP channel (similar to the one we did for Cocodona)

Let's goooo!!! Alright, maybe I was discounting the longevity opportunities haha
Finn looks like the guy from Portland and Tyler Green looks like the guy from Utah.
All jokes. Thanks for the wonderful running content!
lmaoooo
Is Finn becoming the “fast media guy”? Psyched for the series!
Hahahaha..Brett is who I’m looking up to here..that 2023 Javelina performance of his is the gold standard
HELL YES!!! The Finn running content I’ve been hoping for.
Haha..thank ya..fun little scene developing here in SLC, and this felt like a good excuse to document..appreciate the shout outs on social..hopefully we can keep delivering on this series!
All I can think is Leah saying, "Why is Finn so good at speed workouts?" Love seeing this type of content man!
Hahahaha..thankfully Leah was kind enough to omit how much she crushes me in the terrain that matters (trails, mountains)..lol 😂😂
Cool to see you in action :) Best of fortune in your preparation . Can't wait to watch the livestream of Gran Canaria 🖖
Elite ⛺️
