In this video we install a new power steering rack in the 300zx. My luck with this car has not been the greatest, wheel falling off aside (that’s all on me), it’s been a long summer of working on the Z with very little driving. Now that fall has come I’m crossing my fingers that my luck with this car will change a bit and with this fresh rack I can maintain good power steering. I’ll keep you updated.. Jed also had one of his homies stop by to show us his 1UZ swapped s13 that he just got running recently. He let Jed take it for a drive and while doing some smoky “testing” something started making noises…

To late now but my dad used to put that split wire tubing cover with a couple of zip ties on stuff that looked like it was at risk. Worked pretty well even as a temporary avoidance for leaks that I repaired later on.

I hate to admit it but I still like that idea… might happen.. might end up manual swapping a 7 series and selling the m62 🤷🏼♂️
