NOTE: I am GUESSING at this song title. I searched EVERYWHERE for these lyrics and could not find them - so I do not know if this is a cover song or if it's an Edwin McCain song. If you can tell me the actual name of his song and if it's a cover tune or not, I would greatly appreciate it. I'll correct it when I find out. Thanks!

I love so many of Edwin's songs but this song resonates at such a deep level.
So, glad to find I am not the only one to have tried to find out the name, lyrics, etc. of this song. All the concert set list sites said it was one of his other songs, & I was like, no that is not the song. I agree, this song was awesome! He should record it, if he hasn't.
Have to say, I went to this concert to see Collective Soul, & Edwin. Hootie, was not my first choice. But, when Edwin came out & sang Solitude, with Darius, it was the best part of the whole evening!

I searched for it everywhere, too! No sign of this song - no lyrics attributed to anyone anywhere. So I have no idea if this is HIS song or someone else's song. But it's GORGEOUS, isn't it?!

I was at this show as well. Same as you, I wrote lyrics down to search for the song, and have been unsuccessful in my search (until I found this video). Thank you for posting!!

Just a heads up that I TOTALLY guessed at the song title. I did put a note in the video description that I was making up a song title because I couldn't find it, and if someone knew what it was to please correct me. So... I'm glad you liked it as much as me, but please note it may be wrong - and it may be a cover of another song. How is it not available anywhere? My only thought is that it's an unreleased song???
