As for cancels, they only added it to 16, Hercule, Jaco etc. because it saves them time from having to fix the game and actually putting in effort. They didn't add it to them because they cared about their well being and functionality.

Honestly if he got his counter that they gave ui sign.... he'd be hell on earth. No more stamina to auto dodge? Counter and combo someone to oblivion.
I think it's about time they compile most of the cast characters. Example- gt Goku(kid) and ssj4 Goku. Gt Goku (kid) transformer's in the show and I think in budaki Tenkaichi 3.
Why would I want a 3 bar evasive for a character that can't afford to vanish that much and then be punished for it because the devs made him have shit stamina meanwhile you have other characters with huge stamina bars and only use 2 bar evasive yea seems fair
In practice it's the worst evasive. The move takes 3 bars, s run out before you can move again (sometimes meaning you need to use it AGAIN to get out of a move, draining more than half your stamina), does mediocre damage, is blockable, doesn't combo start (cough dragon burn) and has a gap between the first and 2-6 hits, meaning you can evasive and dash out of it, then attack again before the user moves.
I mean they made it so that Jaco and Hercule can do a "ki cancel" at one point so it's obvious that they want players to use these ki blast cancels. Unless someone is just spamming it constantly, I don't really see a problem with it.
That's by design since Sign is the more defensive form. I probably like MUI more due to his combos, but Sign's super soul giving him stamina regen makes his Ultra Instinct dodge more reliable.

No freebies in a match. Rematches are fine, but definitely no freebies to revive or heal yourself with capsules. That's a no no. And i don't tolerate that kind of cowardice in my game. You either be a man and take damage, or you're banned from the lobby that a host with a code of honor has created for a 1v1.
I will say this until the day I die: There is nothing wrong with Ki canceling, it's part of the game, and there are plenty of ways to get around it. Can people over use it? Yes. Can you get unlucky with how people use them? Yes. BUT, that doesn't mean they're bad and they are NOT A GLITCH OR BUG.
I think there's a bad rep for ki cancelling, it can otherwise make bad characters actually playable. Where I think issues lie, and people mainly have a issue with is in Ki stunning.
