What a blessing you are for doing this for a senior citizen. I work daily with a non-profit who we help seniors who need things like food, transportation, medical equipment they can't afford. Once a year we pick a senior in need and do repairs or build walking ramps for them. It's very rewarding because without people like us they wouldn't be able to pay for for their needs.

I never knew until a little research and trying to follow up…it's shameful how fraudulent they are….all for entertainment and leave people with the aftermath of bad jobs. Steel roofs are the way to go. Last a lot longer than asphalt shingles, and much tougher. Plus, they have come a long way and look amazing. Well done for doing this for this fellow.

I’ve been trying for years to get my city to approve me for a loan to get my roof done as well as to fix the entire outside of my house, unfortunately for them I don’t qualify as a single woman already in my late 50’s I make too much money as an accounts payable clerk. They are angels helping the man! 💖🥰💖 But "professional" does include safety measures, too, though. No safety ropes to prevent falling off the roof. 😬 Insurance would prob not cover falling when not using safety gear. 😖 😢
Contractor here. Steel isn't the answer in allot of cases. The roof in this video in the upper Midwest, they don't perform any better than a standard asphalt shingle. And don't be a sucker, metal roofs leak, more often than not.

Steel roofs are the way to go. Last a lot longer than asphalt shingles, and much tougher. Plus, they have come a long way and look amazing. Well done for doing this for this fellow.
Yah sadly it's just the upfront costs ...if you can swing it do it ...I'm just worried in like 20 years insurance companies are going be oh the life is only 25 years if it's older then 25 years you gotta change it or drop policy...if they do that then it's not worth it
We survived the blizzard in California last year. My hubby has stage IV colon cancer. I so wish you lived here and knocked on our door. We really need a new roof. Beautiful work you guys do. Mountains need your services.

I’ve been trying for years to get my city to approve me for a loan to get my roof done as well as to fix the entire outside of my house, unfortunately for them I don’t qualify as a single woman already in my late 50’s I make too much money as an accounts payable clerk. I’m so glad other people have the opportunity to have their house fixed and for free. God bless this people.

They are angels helping the man! 💖🥰💖 But "professional" does include safety measures, too, though. No safety ropes to prevent falling off the roof. 😬 Insurance would prob not cover falling when not using safety gear. 😖 😢
Contractor here. Steel isn't the answer in allot of cases. The roof in this video in the upper Midwest, they don't perform any better than a standard asphalt shingle. And don't be a sucker, metal roofs leak, more often than not.
