Ma'm DPR to Govt Department Hunko prepare kr k deti hai na ............puri DPR govt prepare krke tendar stage tk lekr aati hai & after that Tendar se construction gaints ki process start hoti hai

It depends upon govt. to prepare DPR itself or get it prepared by a third party (Private Consultant). In highway projects mostly DPR’S are prepared by private design consultants.
Madam, what about require elements, like manpower, machine, instruments and software to make feasibility study and DPR.
