Make sure u launch bloxstrap and not the Roblox client. You can just search play Roblox on windows search bar and click on the bloxstrap icon

You should see a bloxstrap icon, launch Roblox using that and see if the issue persists
Sometimes you may be launching Roblox thru the original launcher
