Maybe I missed the video, but have you ever stayed at an all inclusive in Cancun? The best vacation I ever had was at the Hyatt Ziva Cancun, you can probably see it from the island.
No, the only AI we go to is Temptation because we like the concept of the hotel. There are too many local businesses to experience to spend our time trying to get our money worth out of an all inclusive resort buffet. We really like exploring and meeting locals and trying to feel the culture. Not really a fan of the black socks tourist traps that sell the “Mexico” Americans want Mexico to be. Same goes for cruise ships. Giant floating hotels that pollute the planet and local cultures with a deadly dose of Murica’
We have used a different one every time in the interest of being able to answer these questions. Ciros is great, We had no issues with Prisma and Coco treated us well. The only one I wouldn’t recommend is El Sol

If I may offer up one correction - Hidalgo isn't Hidalgo Street, it's Ave. Hidalgo. Don't know why but it always makes me cringe when I hear/read folks calling it Hidalgo Street - probably b/c I suffer from OCD, LOL! Keep the videos coming!
You are so right! all of the streets are prefaced with AVE. i always say Juarez st too and I do know better. actually drive myself nuts with that. I can relate to the OCD. people drive me crazy with too lol. Thanks for watching

Hola! I will be returning to Isla on Saturday (8/28). We’ve been going to the island for about 8-10 years. I’ve been trying to reserve a golf cart, but only 2 vendors have returned my messages. Unfortunately I think the GC companies are now catering to the daytrippers as they can get almost as much for a 1/2 day rental as a 24 hr. Even the company I’ve used many times wants over $60/day - it was only $45 on my last visit in January! So much for a loyal repeat customer!! What did you end up paying at Cocos? I’ve never used them. Enjoyed your videos - Maybe I’ll see you there sometime!! 🏖🇲🇽🍹

DO NOT rent from El Sol golf cart rental. I rented from them 1 time bc all others were sold out. After a two week stay I decided to extend my trip. Rented from them day to day for 5 additional days. Turned it in on my departure date 20 minutes late (24 hr rental). He charged me an additional day. Scumbags do not rent from them. All others on the Isla are great. Only bad experience is El Sol.
