A LL nuance for folks to consider. Book your Indiana Jones as you want, but if you get to the scan point and see there is no outside standby line MODIFY your Indiana LL to a different ride and go standby on Indiana. Keep that cool down clock rolling and always be holding an active LL.
David...been watchin' you for years. As a ride lover (i.e., jumping from ride to ride to ride, nonstop), truly the best DL video you've ever done. I SO look forward to meeting you in person one day so I can shout, "FRESH BAKED!" Thank you, Sir. 🙏
2:07:24 I love how much Dave just loves Disney ❤ it sometimes feels like no one stops to take it in anymore like Dave does here, but some still do ❤ Dave still does
This was an amazing video! Thank you David and Freshbaked for putting in the time and effort into your park science, doing every attraction same day with factoring in lightning lane, and showing beautiful shots and magic moments along the way. It was delightful to go on that journey with you. Wonderful! Thank you! 🙏 ☺️💕
I watched the entire video this morning. This was a great video. It didn't feel as long as it was. I was impressed by how many attractions you were able to get done.
All day with FRESHBAKED at DISNEYLAND!! This is a channel Staple!! Always wanted a walk and talk with David going through the park and this is IT!!! Will come back to this video over time to get into the Disneyland Vibe with David.. Plan on posting meaningful time stamps under a replay. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, just plan WONDERFUL!!!
No feedback - 11/10. I watched this entire thing while at home sick and it gave me so much life. It's allllmost like I was there with you crushing Disneyland goals. So fun, congrats on the feat!
That MultiPass you got when Roger Rabbit closed works on any rides at any time. It would have been much more worthwhile to go into standby since the ride just opened and save the MultiPass for another ride.
Yeah even the CM suggested he go standby, but I think he wanted to film how LL walks right onto the ride vehicle. But yeah, MEP usage is a huge part of lightning lane strategy. He should have been booking as soon as he saw that roger rabbit was closed
I watched the whole video! Also remember I know you kept saying Smugglers run was a pebble in the shoe. But always remember single rider is always a walk on for that ride. And they usually let two people go together as engineers if they can.
look at you, managing the park and llmp like an out-of-towner and not-so-frequent visitor!!! this is what the rest of us have to do every time. we typically rope drop fantasyland the first day, then rope drop space mt., matterhorn and big thunder or rotr the next day so we can use ll for them later (well, not rotr) and get to ride twice. we never rope drop indiana jones or rotr because they are so often down first thing in the morning. it’s all a puzzle you have to put together throughout the day. it can be fun, but also exhausting, especially when you go from rope drop to close. looks like you lucked out with a slower day. great video. thanks, dave!
Some days are not just magical, but perfectly magical. This was one of those times. You walked in with an agenda, yet left with something grander to remember.
We were lucky enough to watch this on the first upload- even after it was taken down, and it was fantastic! And we will for sure be watching again to rack up the views and prep for our visit next month. Thanks for all the hard work David and FB team!
Not all the way done with this video so you might have mentioned this already. There is the strategy of modifying and pushing return times to later but you sometimes end up getting burned if a ride closes or breaks down. If there is something I really want to ride on a given day, I will do it in the morning regardless of standby wait time just to make sure I catch it open. That LL becomes a burner LL and wasted but at least I got my ride in. Love this video, thanks for taking the time to film it!
I've watched this video several times now, love you going the whole day. Gives a great picture on how to do this properly, granted there's the same amount of people in the park.
I greatly enjoyed all 149 minutes of this video David. It is always a joy to spend time with you on the parks. (My LL MO BTW is to stack and reschedule out as much as possible so that I can end the day with a bang on 3-4 of my fave E-tix.)
This is one of my favorite videos you’ve ever done, David. Just got to re-purchase my Inspire AP today and I’ll be in the park tomorrow. You inspire me so much!!! 😊🎉
I've been waiting for this video.. saw it come up on Sunday and immediately saved it but then it was gone. Glad it was reposted. So this is my strategy when I go to Disneyland.. including the 12 hour day!! Which is way I'm usually DEAD on day 2. When I go I have to maximize but also then need a vacay from my vacay afterwards. YEAH DAVID for getting it done!!!!
I loved this. I go to Disneyland occasionally, and I am from out of state, so I pretty much attempted what you tried every time. I hit standby rides early in the morning, which is key.
Great to meet you this day in line at Autopia, I had just mentioned you to my wife and family on which split in the line you talk about.. and look up, bam! There you are! After watching your very helpful vids on crowds and park science, which very much alleviated my anxiety (being used to WDW crowds, one would think I would be ok 🙄), I told myself if I would have a chance to meet you, I would be “calm”.. that went by the wayside! I must apologize, and then running into you at Tiana’s friday was a bonus talking to you. Please don’t lose that wonderful Disney outgoing spirit, and continue these wonderful vlogs sir!
Amazing!!! So happy you did this video, I have been a muffin for many years and this is hands down one of the best of your videos. I will use your advice and I know I will have an amazing day. Thank you.
Haven’t watched yet except your teaser in the first 2 mins. Sounds like an awesome vid and good job at teasing us to watch. FB is my fav Disney channel and you keep making your channel better all the time..thanks David :)
Great video! Can you do this again on a busier day? Maybe around Thanksgiving? I'll be going mid December, and I'm thinking it'll be busier than this day. Thank you for all you do!
My daughters and me were the ones that saw you and waved with Jessie! We had the best week visiting with some extremely LOW wait times - best trip! Thank you for helping us with all of your content
FreshBaked. David, Just going the extra mile for us, thank you. As someone who never gets past Town Sq. I can now get my roller skates on, with my LL pass in my hot little hand. Disneyland here I come. Cheers, Chris Perry.
MultiPass is the golden ticket. Once you get one, you can book a LL and go to it immediately and scan in (regardless when the LL is actually scheduled). It'll let you scan in since you have a MP, but it'll use your LL since you can only LL once per day per ride. You can continue doing that all day through all LL rides. My wife and I got a MP from monsters and did ALL LL rides at CA by noon. We then hopped to DL and did most rides at DL. We did 22 attractions that day (including 2-3 ride agains without LL). We ended our day finally burning our MP on a ride that doesn't have LL
22:21 Main reason to book Indiana Jones LL first thing in the morning before rope drop is to try and get a Multiple Experience Pass if Indy has a delayed opening. If not, bump it to a later return time like David did with Space Mountain and use standby lines for the first hour+.
FRESHBAKED is DISNEYLAND!! I'm BUSTING!!! 2:30 hours of David, PLUS another ding up to 208K subs, and if I hit my goal I might get to go to the park in 2025!! Until 2025 Freshbaked will provide the Joy you get from visiting the park!!
Just finished watching. I think this might be one of my favorites. I loved watching you use LLMP and sharing your thought process for which rides to book and for which to use SB. I don't know the standby times like you do which I think made a difference in your success. Thanks for doing this! Looking forward to the next one with a more crowded park day. I'm going to watch again.
A few thoughts. 1. Tom Sawyer Island is typically not considered an attraction in the traditional sense any more than Mickey and Minnie Houses or Royal Hall. However you did miss Small World which was closed, Sailing Ship Columbia closed, and Davy Crockett canoes along with Tianna’s. If you went at end of the night and showed Magic Key CM may have let you on. Still doing what you did before 8 pm is still amazing in less than 12 hours. 2. Toon Town and Fantasyland close hours before fireworks. Both Mark Twain and Columbia close before 5 pm to prepare for Fantasmic. And Davy Crockett canoes closes at sundown I believe. So you need to take that into consideration when planning your route. While these are short wait attractions you need to do them a little early or you will miss them for the day. 3. Routing is important and you did waste a lot of time walking around in circles which adds up. Maximum efficiency means balancing wait times and lightning lane activations with avoiding backtracking. 4. You would have significantly improved efficiency by paying for Rise and by utilizing single rider more. Matterhorn, Indy, Roger Rabbit, and now Tianna are high frequency break down rides so getting them done sooner rather than later is a consideration. Using all these techniques from rope drop it is possible on a moderate busy day to do every attraction at Disneyland and still have time to eat lunch and dinner as well as watch Fantasmic and fireworks all in one day. There will be pressure to get everything done by 7:30 pm which is when you need to begin staking out the best place to watch Fantasmic but if you are willing to close the park then 10 pm to midnight is an excellent time to clear all of Tomorrowland. In a pinch you could que Space Mountain or Peter Pan or Indy at 11:50 pm to maximize time.
Loved the video and advice on editing LL. I would love to see how it is done as a family. Bring Liz and Sophia for all the unplanned potty breaks, snacks and melt downs (young or old). We have tried using LL when we visit from Phoenix, but it’s usually in the height of summer and with family and I just don’t get the value of it as you did today. Looking forward to your next one.
I definitely had a fan girl experience watching this video because you did the strategy I described in the comments of your last rope drop “fail” video. I’m sure it wasn’t a conscious or intentional adoption, but I am honored you tried my strategy nonetheless. I agree it was too light of a day to highlight the benefits of the strategy, but it still shows how efficient you can be with non-LL attractions in the morning while everyone else is doing LL attractions, that’s a key takeaway for sure. Another key take away is modifying the lightning lanes is annoying, but it takes the stress out of trying to thread the needle back and forth between LL and non-LL attractions, and it lessons the zig zagging around the park. It’s a net benefit I believe. There’s awesome value in your “Goldilocks” experiences of doing LLMP when it was too busy, then too light. Hopefully it will be just right next time! You can probably build some strategic principles around how to use lightning lane based on what kind of day it is. Suggestion: You can always monitor the lightning lane return times from home on a daily basis and correlate the times they sell out to what tier the day is. You can also determine the order they sell out in usually as well. That would be free to do! I bet there are some interesting correlations there. Maybe you can you get that data from that theme park website you use? I’d be happy to analyze it for you if you can get the data. I hypothesize that higher tier days use more LL’s because if people are willing to shell out money for a higher tier day, they probably are more likely to buy LL as well. Awesome video! Thoroughly enjoyed! Fresh Baked! Shout out to Liz and Sofia!
Well done, David! My son and I have a routine without LL that works very well, but we also don't do a few attractions that make me sick (You can guess what they are). Can't wait to get back to DL... I really miss it so much. Thanks for your videos as they get me through until I can get there.
Disneyland has Micky Mouse and company and big time Celebrity "Fresh Baked" CHEERS!! no matter what day he is in the park someone always Reconizes him...
After a tough week, I truly, truly enjoyed every second of this video! I felt like I was there! Soaking up the Disney magic! Hearing your comforting voice made the dark days less lonely. Thank you for always being kind. Thank you for your fellowship. Thank you for covering all things Disneyland. Thank you for all the recon. Thank you for being you, David. You, Sofia, and Liz are amazing! Keep up the great work! Fresh Baked!🤗🤗🎅🎅☃️☃️❄️❄️🎄🎄🎄
Did this last week without lightning lane! Took us from rope drop to 11 pm. Single Rider for Matterhorn and Smuggler’s Run were the biggest time savers.
Actually, AllEars (Sydney) just dropped an all park LL challenge, but user LLPP for Magic Kingdom. ruclips.net/video/2D-9Y-_5Wnw/видео.htmlsi=I62c3jv-LJq86ZE7
Suggestions: add Tom Sawyer's Island, like you said, as well as Davey Crockett's Canoes, add all four Main Street vehicles (it seemed you only rode two of them - not sure if the horse-drawn trolley was running on your day), and add the Sleeping Beauty Castle's walk through, which you mentioned. Otherwise, this day was a brilliant accomplishment. Exhausting, but brilliant.
Dave, I totally liked and enjoy watching all your videos hopefully I can learn some tips from you since I'm in a wheelchair. I also hope to meet you at Disneyland in a future trip and if so lunch is on me be well...Fresh Baked!
OK wow. I saw you at Pizza Planet, but like any anime convention etiquette: don't bother a content creator when they're on their break! I wanted to say hi, but I don't want to be too awkward! I was there on DL for the Cast Preview of Tiana's with my friend the Cast Member! Surprisingly good for a Tuesday, though the Rodger's ride crashed when I'm close to the vehicles.. and it did sound like q frequent thing which sucks (for me)... I need a pat on the shoulder for finishing the entire video! It's quite the experience!
1:17:13 They should have given you an experience pass and then you should have been able to book your next ride. Experience Passes are amazing! If you ever see a ride broken down and the Lightning Lane return time is short, book it and hope it doesn't come back online so you can get that experience pass.
Don’t you get one automatically if you have a LL when the ride is down? I was wondering why David was disappointed when Roger Rabbit was down… is that not a thing anymore??
@@jjmcfamilyadventures3203 I think he replied to someone that he wanted to show how fast you get directly to ride on Roger rabbit as opposed to the mix in being much earlier on Indy so less disappointed in missing the ride and doing another one as not being able to show that particular attribute on Roger rabbit mix at the point in video he wanted.
You probably posted this before watching the whole video. No judgement ~ I paused the video to see if anyone commented on how David’s Roger Rabbit Multi Pass should have converted to a Multiple Experiences Pass if the attraction is closed during his return time. When I resumed the video I did see that he figured that out. Well done David!
@@Diane-DIO yes I did, my bad! I understand he was trying to show the mix point at Roger Rabbit. I kind of think he wasted his MEP though just because the CM told him there was no line and he could have showed us how the MEP works and gone through his options. But at he said many times, it wasn’t a busy enough day to really show how to maximize the LL experience. I loved watching this video, definitely spent my sick day curled up in bed watching this :) Can’t wait to see the next one where it’s hopefully busy because I feel like this will be closer to my experience for my next trip!
a 150 minute freshbaked video?
don't mind if i do!
A lot of us are having a rough day and two and half hours of pure joyous Disneyland was perfect. Thank you, Fresh Baked!

This is actually a really great tip and I dont know why I never thought to try this. Nothing worse than wasting a LL
Wow. This is something I never considered.
Brilliant!!
Oooh, nice! I didn’t know you could also modify to a different ride entirely.
@@inkwadnito966 same, I didn't know. I will be using this for the first time next month.
Take 2 on the fresh baked movie let’s go!!!!
I think we got it this time :)
@@FreshBakedDisneyIT'S BACK!

This was an amazing video!

David chaotically trying to grab a lightening lane while in Roger Rabbit is too relatable 😅
That MultiPass you got when Roger Rabbit closed works on any rides at any time. It would have been much more worthwhile to go into standby since the ride just opened and save the MultiPass for another ride.
I think he used it for rr because he was trying to simulate what an average guest would experience, and most of the time you won't be getting an mep.
Yeah even the CM suggested he go standby, but I think he wanted to film how LL walks right onto the ride vehicle. But yeah, MEP usage is a huge part of lightning lane strategy. He should have been booking as soon as he saw that roger rabbit was closed

Well done, David! My son and I have a routine without LL that works very well, but we also don't do a few attractions that make me sick (You can guess what they are). Can't wait to get back to DL... I really miss it so much. Thanks for your videos as they get me through until I can get there.
You should get a Nobel Prize for your research!
Impressive... very impressive.
Outstanding. You did every attraction in 2 1/2 hrs.
I loveeee this!!! ❤❤
Did this last week without lightning lane! Took us from rope drop to 11 pm. Single Rider for Matterhorn and Smuggler’s Run were the biggest time savers.
1:27:31 I know you've mentioned what the double honk means, but it sounded like it was saying "hi Dave!" 😂❤
Please please do this for DCA!! I love this and it’s so helpful for my trip coming up! Especially rope dropping while also having lightning lane ◡̈
No canoes?
What a great video, we all lived vicariously therough you in this one
2:07:23 that’s the exact noise and face I make every time I round the corner on Main Street and see the castle!! 😂
Next Video..David does every ride at DL and DCA in one day 😂
I've been thinking about it...
You can do it! @@FreshBakedDisney
I think EarScouts has a video of doing every LL in the four WDW parks in one day.
@@gkellogg love ear scouts
Actually, AllEars (Sydney) just dropped an all park LL challenge, but user LLPP for Magic Kingdom. ruclips.net/video/2D-9Y-_5Wnw/видео.htmlsi=I62c3jv-LJq86ZE7
Galaxy's edge at night might be my favorite thing at disneyland
I love rope dropping Fantasyland, and I also love finishing the night there! I will typically have Alice be the last ride of the night
"All of them" 😁
Suggestions: add Tom Sawyer's Island, like you said, as well as Davey Crockett's Canoes, add all four Main Street vehicles (it seemed you only rode two of them - not sure if the horse-drawn trolley was running on your day), and add the Sleeping Beauty Castle's walk through, which you mentioned. Otherwise, this day was a brilliant accomplishment. Exhausting, but brilliant.
The only thing I would change is EAT MORE FOOD! Maybe you didn’t show it, but only one slice of pizza and a salad for 12 hours is nuts! 😂
Dave, I totally liked and enjoy watching all your videos hopefully I can learn some tips from you since I'm in a wheelchair. I also hope to meet you at Disneyland in a future trip and if so lunch is on me be well...Fresh Baked!
We went with my sister in a wheelchair in June. Let me know if you have any specific questions - happy to help if I can! ❤
This is why I haven't bought LL yet. I've been lucky enough that it isn't too busy when I'm there and we get everything done we want to do.
2:07:23 ME TOO!!!! The Wonder of Mark Twain at NIGHT!!!!!
2:26:12 More Mark Twain at Night!!
1:17:13 They should have given you an experience pass and then you should have been able to book your next ride.
Experience Passes are amazing! If you ever see a ride broken down and the Lightning Lane return time is short, book it and hope it doesn't come back online so you can get that experience pass.
Agree completely
