Maybe, but at the end of the day the camera was just an element that made him a more interesting guy along with his sense of humor and willingness to walk up to people and talk. Which are all things you can do regardless of how you look.
@@Prolificx But it’s difficult to maintain that positive mental frame when others are constantly mistreating or judging you. I dealt with bullies for YEARS as a kid, and it’s taken therapy and a lot of self-help to overcome that. This guy had one person say something nasty to him - one person. Imagine dealing with it for an entire fraction of your life. It’s hell.

Real fact: I was really over weight at one time, and another guy was walking and I was with my ex wife at the time and he called out look at that guy with boots he looks like a woman, that hit me so deep and actually because of it I lost the weight the wrong way I had hanging skin got surgery to remove it but it was so bad. I'm still working on my outside look however, it was a shame no one realized how chill of a dude I am.
People do come in all shapes and sizes, but remember the choice whether you want to look a certain way is up to you. Its your choice

The thing is when I used to be fat I had no confidence and now being buff I still don’t have confidence. Every time I look in the mirror I still see the fat guy. It hasn’t left. And watching this video has made me realize that it has to come from within. Your energy shined thru the suit no matter what.
Exactly the same for me. 6'1" and used to be 360 lbs, I'm now 205 lbs and somewhere around 17-19% bodyfat but every time I look in the mirror I see that fat guy staring back at me and that leaves me with no confidence. So, I agree this video was great to show that your energy and vibe are worth more. Keep your chin up, brah, we're all gonna make it 💪🏽
it takes time for your mind to adjust to your new body when losing a significant amount of fat. give it time, it could possibly take a year to not feel like the fat version of yourself
There are loads of women like this also buy were ugly ay school then filled out become beautiful and still see the ugly girl. I was buff got fat, got fit then settles at dad bod muscly confidence has always been there so noone has ever tried to put me down or challenge me. It's funny because when I train with new guys at muay thai or grappling they are surprised on how quick and how much stamina I have.

A trait of envy that we have to learn how to balance or else in my case you become dissatisfied with one’s self. And to be honest I have no right to be dissatisfied. Someone who sacrificed himself for you and everyone on this Earth the one who created the heavens and the Earth be creator of everything do you want to be saved Do you want eternal life with peace and joy forever your answer is Jesus if you do not know who Jesus is read the following Jesus is the Son of God that came to this Earth to save the people of their sins. when God-created Earth sin same came into Earth and tempted Eve(The first woman) to eat the fruit that God had forbidden her and Adam to not eat. If they do, they will die. Not immediately but death is certain. Eve ate the fruit and gave Adam some to eat as well. And he did. That showed that humans are sinners and not perfect. That is why Jesus came to Earth to save humans of their sins. Which leads to a relationship with God(the main reason) and eternal life. He did that by dieing on the cross. 3 days later he resurrected. The story of Jesus is beautiful. If you do not already have a Bible, purchase one. If you do not have the money, pray to God about you wanting a Bible and if he could please provide one for you. Thus does not mean a Bible will come from the sky and land on your hands. Pray to God everyday. But to not be blabbering that just say a bunch words to try to impress and show off to other people or to impress God. A few words out of the heart is better than saying a bunch words to impress and not mean. This does not mean praying long prayers is bad.

That's because everyone in his gym knew that they once were at his place and were as fat as him when they first came to the gym so they feel his struggle with the extra weight and thus they're trying to help him like they have been helped by someone before when they were overweight. People at gyms generally have different mentality that the people you normally meet on streets cause whomever goes to the gym are actually educated people with an open mind that they're taking care of their body and health and know what's good for them and what's bad for them as well!

As a bit of a bigger guy myself (I’ve been in the gym for about 2yrs now but still carrying some extra lbs) I had a mixed option before watching, I’ve never struggled with the stuff he talks about in the video but I understand others who have. Let me just tell you Jesse is a genuinely great guy for taking a concept so controversial and honestly intimidating to speak about and turning it into an up beat master piece. I workout in a gym with a pretty standard community. This guy that was out of shape started talking to me and a buddy about what we did and now he is part of the grou[ and lost so much weight cause we al decided we were going to help him and he says he feels the best ever. Really good to hear!

If you have questions on how to do an exercise then ask someone at the gym. People are almost always willing to help someone achieve their goals.

honestly you are one of my favourite fitness influencers. Your videos really inspired me to go to the gym and start working out.
A lot of people struggling with their confidence cuz of their appearance don’t have that charisma u have. I think u just showcased that no matter how you look, self confidence and contentment will bring with it a happier life. Obviously, that’s not an easy thing to do, especially since there will always be people like the “when are you due?” Girl. One of the scariest things about not being happy about how you look is that you think everyone around you is judging your appearance. This is definitely not the typical experience for fat people. We get a lot more drama: looks, cussing, etc.
One thing I did notice is that if you approach people openly you get a great response. I usually try to avoid contact to not be ridiculed. Learning moment for me.
