The izzy cutscene glitch happened to me on my first play through of the gane that nobody in my family messed with. I remember not playing the game for years and I thought that was intentional. (Looks kinda cool IMO)

"Eclipes turn into ghost car" dude you mod it and maybe thats the cause.
The eclipse one was a mod so it isn't a glitch,the modded car doesn't have the correct amount of bodykits so it just gets confused and removes the body mesh

Yeah the Taxi can be quite fast. But I have downloaded an AI hack so the AI cars can be controlled easily eg: Civic Undercover Cruiser is a mess without the driving support.

Yeah and also not to mention without the mod if you so bump into a car, then the game will crash. If you crash with the mod you just take exterior damage and continue. That's only if you don't flip your Police Car over then it'll get wrecked and won't move

I remember ExOps v7 had a "fix timing" script. It screwed up the physics in the cutscenes as seen here. NFS games have a history of functions being tied to the frame rate.
