When John said she committed fraud and went to prison she responded by saying that was not her fault it was her ex husband. So she does blame Joe still.

Louie hired a private investigator to look into everyone’s background. Plus of course Marge dug up dirt on Louie after he threatened her son I’d take Margaret over Teresa any day.
