Biggie has TWO of the greatest rap stories ever told! Both played back to back on the cd when it came out. Life After Death album, "Ni$$as Bleed" and "I Got A Story To Tell" trust you will have a deferent respect for BIG lyrically after!
Glad you like it , my top five of all time is Nas ,Biggie ,Eminem ,Pac and Kendrick. DMX is easily in top ten. Kick In The Door . Your Nobody(Til Sombody Kills You) and Respect are banger too!!!
U got to start wit It's Dark & Hell Is Hot 1st then Flesh of my Flesh,Blood of my Blood 2nd are both amazing albums from DMX which he released both in the same year both went straight to #1 on billboard...... Nobody shld even try and compare DMX & TUPAC bcuz they both are great & are very different tbh ..... Yes they may have kind of looked similar frm a distance considering their size being about the same in the beginning of DMX's career , they both had the bald head & they both have very strong energy aswell both were very charismatic therefore they had the world loving & supporting them even after death..... DMX's music has alot of pain ,hurt, trauma, anger, violence but also the other sides to him such as earning for real genuine love ,loyalty, GOD FEARING & HIS LOVE FOR GOD..... So idk y ppl wanna keep tryna compare them bcuz they are not the same ,they are not similar however they both are absolutely amazing artist who made music that ppl felt within the depth of their souls that ppl cld relate to bk then and even still today they both made timeless music so that's why they both are 2 of my favorite artist also y I always say that DMX deserves so much more credit & more recognition for the wrk he put in on creating such timeless music repeatedly his 1st 6 or 7 albums when released debuted at #1 on billboard consecutively that most diffently shld count for something at that time he was the frist to accomplish such things.....
Releasing 2 albums and having them both go #1 in the same year is crazy! I remember DMX and I knew he was a good MC, but I never really heard any albums just radio songs. You said his music contains a lot of pain, hurt, and trauma. Thats what I like to hear. We call it pain music lol what song should I start with? I appreciated you for tappin in!
Biggie was a crack dealer. He really did used to go to VA and pump, because NYC was crowded with too many D-boys in the '80s and '90s... it was hard to have a lucrative customer base... so a lot of NY cats went down south, mainly to VA, MD, DC and the Carolinas to move their product. I think he also was a stick-up kid for a minute.
I can totally relate to your Tupac fandom.. I was listening to it in the beginnings, kind of before pac and big was beefin. So I was as much of a big fan as I was a pac fan... But for me Jay Z was the guy that I didn't listen to because of my Tupac fandom. And low-key Nas too...
Biggie kick in the Door. Everyday struggle one of the best song if not the best song off of Ready to Die Album, please check it out JAY- No Hook JAYZ- This Can't be Life- Feat Scarface Beanie Sigel
@@DexTVReacts most popular one is slipping. I have to go back to his second/third album to get the title of this song that had me in my feels. Some of the other ones are good music. Telling his story.
Caretaker did your makeup, when you passed Your girl f cked my man Jake up, heard in three weeks She sniffed a whole half of cake up Heard she suck a good d ck, and can hook a steak up
Tell me you didn’t grow up in poverty without telling me you did. At least the guy with reaction knew what was going on halfway, a lot of yall in the comments seems have never struggled

Like most channels far too many pauses most viewers knows the lyrics & its meaning don't need a 101 lesson, here to see ya reaction not your explanation save that for after.
X is not better than Pac but he got some serious HEAT and I got PLENTY of Jay tracks for you when you ready to go down that rabbit hole… Biggie Smalls is the illest tho
No, you missing the message. About Credit. Meaning you have to allow yourself to come up. There is no comfort in hustling backwards. Selling drugs is a life and death decision. Your not in it for fun and friends. Or you'll live your life living on the "re-up"
Hov is an acquired taste. You just can't jump into Jay-Z anywhere and think you know him. You have to start from the beginning and listen to it all and how he grows into the guy you see now. He clearly expresses his life in his music and its technically the only place you will learn about him. Hes not on social media and all his interviews are positive and devoid of drama. All his beefs he has had over the years with other rappers are talked about in his music, spread throughout his discography. All the rumors people have been talking about with him are expressed and responded to in his music. If you want to know why he is considered the best, you have to invest time into the mans work. I would suggest watching the short film/video Streets is Watching and then just jump into his music from Reasonable Doubt on.
I feel the same way about Jay Z, dude and I'm a lot older than you, so I was around when Jay came out... I never really felt him like that... I liked SOME of his music a lot... but only SOME. I think he only has 1-2 classic albums... Reasonable Doubt and American Gangster, the latter of which is like a sequel to Reasonable Doubt, even though he based it off of the movie... when you listen to it, you see how it connects to Reasonable Doubt, which the title was inspired by the OJ trial in '95. I think a lot of his other albums are overrated. He makes some good party songs, some good deep songs and some good street songs, but he also makes a lot of wack ish, too. I think he tries too hard to sell records and it makes his art suffer.
You slept of the illest rappers fam except Jay z I can't stand him 😂. Nas easily top 3 with biggie and kool g rap and DMX is and was better than pac and I'm a pac fan
