I've been optimizing for gaming for years, one thing that I'm sure can help with more stable fps and low latency is Windows optimization and BIOS settings. The minimum improvement is 30% and more. I see that you have 208 processes in the background. Which means that many things are running in the background unnecessarily. I support things like this if it helps someone!
There was a bug in armory release where this setting was reseted to high even it showed like low. So make sure to change this back and forth in any case.
guinunly thanks your the first i have seen talk about this huge diffrence also this might also be the reason people that were on low settings before the update are having more problems fps wise
I'm gonna be honest brother never heard of you before, still don't really know who you are - u just randomly popped up on my yt but I really love your videos man. Keep it up! 2.2k elo here and there's a lot to take out from your content!
hey interestingly enough on my potato laptop I made my Multisampling CSMA2 + All & low on dynamic Shadows + Disabled Fidelity FX (everything else is the default low settings) I have a better looking game with an increase in fps but slightly. The best thing is that it is stable. no more weird glitches or hard crashes on retake servers or when shooting at enemies.
I had scuffed settings in general so now from 120-130 to 180-190. i have 144hz monitor, I like to keep certain settings like model quality high because I like skins but problem is model quality affects weapons and player models. so if for example im in empty mirage its higher frames (180-190) than with 9 bots cuz more models (so like 160-170 instead). really need to upgrade my rig, 3k in skins can barely run at my monitor refresh rate lulw. Thanks king, idc about fps i have more than enough and cap at 400 , but this reduces the input lag so game is smoother/lighter . U earned new subscriber, thanks man
Just tested it, it makes absolutely zero difference to any shadow visibility in the game. It literally just makes the outline of the shadow a bit more pixelated and not even by much. Definitely need to turn this setting to low now, guaranteed more FPS with no competitive disadvantage.
what is your processor? I have a 4060 TI OC but it barely hits 300 fps with low and medium graphics and full HD, I have an i5 12400f which one do you recommend to use with the 4060 ti OC?

the fps_max setting still broken in cs2. thats why if you capped on 200, you'll get 20 fps less from capped fps. don't use fps_max, try use third party or vsync

The game is in a poor state right now. What are your specs? There are a few tricks to get a little more fps but the most important is your CPU, in my opinion
