I am sorry I am so late to reply to this comment. I am not sure exactly where you can get the stands for the zipline. Look through the gallery's and prefabs for it. You can try to find props you need in the Fortnite Creative Prop Browser: www.fortnitecreativehq.com/prop-browser/ I hope this helps in some way.
