Es video mai Humne discuss kiya hai ki agar koi company as per Nidhi Amendment Rules, 2022 registered hai and uska NDH-4 pending hai means file Nhi hua hai toh kya vo Closing ke liya ja shakte hai or Kya vo Name & Object krke kisi dusre type ka business run kr shakti hai?

Due to non compliance of company did not file NDH-4 within prescribed time limit
And due to that reason company going for strike off
And ROC quires coming 1st need to file NDH-4
So can company file NDH -4 now ! Will Central govt will give approvel form NDH-4

You can strike off the company on rejection of NDH 4

We filed form STK-2 but still ROC quires coming of this: Kindly furnish commencement certificate for Nidhi Company issued by MCA against the Form NDH-4 as per Section 406 of the Companies Act 2013 and Rule 3A, 23A and 2"
