I ordered the beginning of February from this company. Trio brow beauty, but I still have not gotten my order. I emailed but no getting an updated nor receiving my order. People, please watch out.. it turned out that I am not only one but many people are the same shoe as mine. If you go to better business bureau, you can see yourself. The customer service is not great as well. Don't you think it is funny or strange that there is No telephone number nor live chat for this company. Emails are ignored and they take money before shipping the products.

I can’t get mine to actually prime and start slurping. I can see the solution try and move up to the tip but it never actually comes out of the tip.
The lights come on but no suction for hydrafacial. It worked for a few months.
