This is a really impressive and creative base design. So many hazards: deep cold water limiting the close combat, underwater vaults and of course the biggest hazard to them of all- you.
If you want to know how to build it, if you search up penta rust base and watch DYNA’s video called penta-footprint base build and just do the foundations. If you watch tokyos videos close enough you should be able to replicate the design. I did this yesterday on a build server and I was able to replicate the base to with 90% accuracy. The only part of the base that is a bit confusing is the first floor above the water.
But with this video I will be able to completely make the base 100%.

By building on the water, this has by far been the coolest raid defense series. Other than the restricted cave raid defense. :)

This has got to be one of your best base designs. Even if they had scubad into your base the moment they pop their head out the water the turrets would have killed them.
you can do one better you place fundation in a way that floor are sslightly below water lvl but you still can place turret on them so they got shot b4 coming up , still under water and you cant flame rocket them , but biulding like that its try and error with fundation level ... not easy tto do

dint play rust long time , but underwater metal barriers are hell to deal with , you glue to them and c4 is kinda only way to deal with them , same with stone walls

You should put a final time up for how long the raid defense is! Would be really cool to know how long you defended for
this seems like it'd be fun for them if they had better planning. you would need to use all the tools, like mlrs, remote det c4 seal team 6, maybe 2 towers at different angles smoke grenades etc. the incen rockets were useful for a moment there, allowing them to continue damage while tokyo couldnt get repairs done. it would take an 8 man probably. i watched the video twice but can only like it once
