Hello Viewers! This is my second time at Big Sky Movie Ranch for the LHOP 50th anniversary tour. I kept the camera rolling the entire tour to show all the beautiful landscapes of Big Sky Movie Ranch. Enjoy, and thanks for watching!
Nice video! I really liked this show as a kid, so many memories! My favourite character was Harriet. Also, it would be great if a multi millionaire bought the property and rebuild the town of Walnut Grove, turning it into a tourist attraction.
I went in June as well. We tried to get on her bus, but it was sold out. We were on the last tour of the day. Our tour guide was terrible! I'm going again in September.
Yes, she was terrible. She doesn't know anything about the show or the area. Unfortunately, we were stuck with her. I just concentrated on filming the buildings and landscape. Other than her, I hope you enjoyed the video.
Nice footage, watched the whole thing. I'm certain I wouldn't have enjoyed the tour with that guide the way she rambles and is condescending. But very nice to view. Interesting how the immediate area around the Little House is still rather worn down. But then a lot of other areas is all grown over. Enjoyed.
Thanks for watching. Yes, our tour guide was awful and kind of rude. She new nothing about the show or the locations of the buildings. It was my second time on the tour so I just tuned her out. I just concentrated on filming the buildings and the landscape.

Walnut Grove, California, 95670, is located in the Sacramento Delta.

Probably won't be sold. It's still a working movie ranch.
Twin falls
I was on the tour in June, led by Alison Arngrin (Nellie), she was awesome.

@@jokeroneninesevenzero I might go again in Sept. too.
Need a tour person that knows what she or he is talking about.

I would love to tour that place
Yes, I'm lucky that I live in the same town. I waited forty years to get back there to see the location of Walnut Grove.

🙂those are cardboard house's standing up.
It's not cardboard. It's wood. If they weren't there, you wouldn't know where the real buildings were located.
