hi3rd’s story is one of the only things that can make me truly cry
i'm usually pretty stoic when it comes to sad stories but this is one of the ones they brings me to the verge of tears.

I feel you, now and then id revisit the honkai story just to hurt myself. Non of the other stories can evoke tht much emotion just yet.

When Chapter 25 released I streamed it and couldn't help ugly cry on stream, going through all the available dialogue until Himeko just smiled and talked no more. I also never deleted the mail that Himeko sent then. Newer players will never understand the feeling having a supporting character go MIA from chapters 9 through 25 and leaving that character's fate in limbo. Everyone was in denial but it was already clear that her role in Kiana's journey had already been completed and it was time they formally concluded her character arc.
It kinda funny Kiana was having a deep talk with Himeko but Himeko was like :
*GIVE ME YOUR GODDAMN HOMEWORK!!*
To quote Star Wars: "You underestimate my power!"
Seems that not even a Triple S Rank isn't enough for her to escape lectures on her homework

Its really making me cry that kiana thinks she is dreaming at all but at the point where she pointed out how himeko looks surprised and the way himeko just replied to her makes me doubt that she was dreaming of talking to himeko and is truly talking to her even for that single moment when himeko told her she heard it all and is proud of her when kiana never said anything about himeko hearing her

Listen guys in February part 2 of Honkai impact is getting released we might get our Himeko back or at least a variant. It’s been confirmed that divine keys can hold a consciousness of herrschers or an AI of sorts with memories and an personality, example being higokumaru the herrscher of corruption and void archives. Judgement Of Shamash can possibly give us back the first Himeko

And then HI3rd Kiana meet HSR Himeko later in Honkai Star Rail storyline since they set up HI3rd Earth arc with Welt trying to find his way back to HI3rd Earth before it is too late. A lot of suppressed and bottle up emotions are probably going to appear when that moment finally happens.
Hope Welt can get back to HI3rd Earth in time before Nanook's army arrives but knowing Mihoyo, they probably have the Trailblazers arrive to HI3rd Earth too late and HI3rd Earth ends up already being attacked by Nanook and his antimatter legion.
That'd be nice, especially since *Spoilers*
Part 2 Chapter 5 has Kiana come in contact with a memokeeper, along with numerous references
