I know why the issue is because of how bad they designed the quest menu there's actually 3 more quest requirements under the camo giant and they are play for 180 minutes deal 5 million damage and kill 5k things so the reason you don't have the tri titan is because you didn't beat all of the objectives
tbh i love the models of that game, but i dont play it cause if annoying ass alliance stans always choosing the union and bathrooms get like 2 people
