I suggest you to continue with same accent Since the beginners wont get scared of high level complicated topics. We can easily understand, follow, implement, and learn due to that friendly accent.
Very well demonstrated! I have a similar scenario where I want to stop sending SNS notifications for any EC2 instances that are either Shutdown or being Shutdown. The challenge of this scenario is that the timings of the shutdown for these EC2 instances are not defined. Secondly, each Cloudwatch alarm may be attached to multiple instances. Do you have any videos for that?
Thanks Bharath for your kind words and support as always! Let me know if you want me to make another Boto3 video or some other topics you are looking for.
Thanks for this video - Can you please make a boto3 video to call secrets manager api and display the contents and if the secrets have a resource based policy attached to it?
Im torn between doing it this way vs using AWS config for the detection and then using lambda for autoremediation. Your way is a lot simpler but depending on the resource youd probably get a ton of invocations.
Hi, thanks for the great video. I'm encountering a problem following along. When running the test in Lambda, I'm not getting the tags in the function logs. There's nothing between START RequestID and END RequestID. What is missing? Function Logs START RequestId: 4deb0630-ec5e-434f-97c0-3b4757a08127 Version: $LATEST END RequestId: 4deb0630-ec5e-434f-97c0-3b4757a08127 REPORT RequestId: 4deb0630-ec5e-434f-97c0-3b4757a08127 Duration: 188.83 ms Billed Duration: 189 ms Memory Size: 128 MB Max Memory Used: 83 MB
I too facing the same issue. Tried different browsers.. also different versions of python during setup. Then I realized the changes whatever being done in .py file are not getting saved if I move to configurations or other tab and come back to code tab I see the default lambda code hello world with 200 status
Although your demo content is understandable and good , but but but your accent ! thats killing me literally... it was such a distraction.. Sorry for this bad note, hoping you could take it as feedback. Dont fake, just be yourself . cheers !!! :)

Could you do something like this but with S3? plsss
Nice video, however I did not care for the "boys and girls" statement, it's a little overused and a tad disrespectful.
