You know you're a true committed runner when you get sidelined by an injury. It happens, just hope whatever you are doing to overcome the injury ultimately gets you back out there. As for future shoe reviews, the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 would be one I would definitely be interested in. I loved the Speed 1 and 2, but not the Speed 3. The early versions really added a spring to my stride, but version 3 lost that springiness. I think version 4 comes out in March and I'm hoping it reverts to its earlier heritage.

I found them to be true to size. I wear an 8 and had absolutely zero issues with comfort in this shoe. It was a dream!
