By far the best run of this game I've yet seen.

Strider 2 are all my childhood. How i love a lot of boss in this masterpiece: Kraken, Scarabee, Sturmgeschutz V, Dullahan, and even Frozen Mammoth.
If we compare Caduceus with Meio Prime (Meio final form in strider 2014) the second one are more cool but the first one is annoying.
But the only bad point is some boss totally suck :
Beluga F: just before the battle you can easily reduce his energy to 50%. Wonder what-if you totally destroy him before the battle ? Using his puny gun and throw worthless rockets
Tiger form: 2-3 hits and sayonara
Let me give you 2 hints:
You can destroy the ventilator in the level 3 without fighting the researchers (with hiryu use boost and with hien throw some boomerangs)
Against Reactor core you can reflect his orbs against her to hurt him.

reminds me of the first level of "One" (PS1) in the beginning where you're jumping around above the city. Cool game, good times. This looks fun too.
Awesome playthru. It really is a shame that while the home version makes getting SS and STAR rank reasonably possible, that they do it by changing the no hit bonus from 300K in the arcade to 1.8 million. Basically making it that if you want a hi score instead of having to get hidden point items and milk point discs from enemies at key points, that you instead want to rush thru the stage as fast as possible so that you do not get hit, or risk sacrificing 2/5th of your score from one itty bitty mistake.
On a side note: fuck CaDOUCHus. No seriously: it's almost like if he gets below half life and you don't use a boost kiss your run goodbye. Not to mention that milking his limbs for 5K each is the highest scoring thing in the game and also one of the SHITTIEST design choices I've ever seen.
