    Try Thai iced tea while you’re over there, it’s like a creamy coffee/tea combo and it’s really good
    Also a quick tip for your spinning back kicks, there’s an old Joe Rogan video explaining to George st. Pierre how to do it, and it helped me a lot

    Your kicks have definitely improved a fair bit. Your hip is way more in it than the last time I saw you kick. Just make sure you focus on bringing your leg back with control so you don't lose balance when returing to your stance. I'm sure you'll get it soon. You're improving quickly!

    They do alot of conditioning at tiger I've heard, make sure your stamina is on point before you go

    try not to kick with the foot/ankle. it can damage your foot. yes karate/tkd kicks do kicks with foot but they flick snap kick so its like a whip. muay thai kicks use shin. you wanna kick like your going through (when you see muay thai fighters and even some mma fighters doing kicks they put that much umph in they do a 360 when they miss) rather than hitting the bag where it is.

    be careful with coffee and caffeine. i drink a lot everyday and im addicted. im trying to get off of it because if i go 1 day without coffee i get severe headaches and am very exhausted. coffee is a boost but if you drink everyday you will get dependent on it and itll get worse. I wish i hadnt started drinking caffeine
