i'll just make some points 3v2 can be faster than 2v2 if you everyone has a buff trap/blade, rat/elf can mostly one shot weaker mobs as for dying you can get a form back if you died 3 times but that should rarely happen other than just having poor draws and a bad turn order
Oh I definitely didn't know after 3 deaths you can get your initial form back. About the 2v2 and 3v2 I think it really goes down to who is on your team and if they complement you. Kinda wanna time both ways now and see which goes by faster. Awesome information though! Thanks.
Appreciate the tutorial, I was never really into beastmoon before but I decided to give it a shot this time and I was so utterly lost during my first match. My teammates were pretty upset with me and accused me of trolling, probably didn’t help that I was unable to communicate with them because I’ve been muted for about 8 years now (only 2 years to go 😤) but this really helped a lot!
Glad I can help! The menu chat in BeastMoon goes pretty in depth, I'm pretty sure there is a "I'm new" or something. It's a really fun game mode so I'm happy your trying it out. Good luck in Mayhem!
This is very useful for new players. I've done many matches but I'm still watching out of curiosity. 8:07 I'd add that having the Storm Wolf, Storm Colossus or Storm Rat first in Spiral (first in order) is very good so you can stun the boss or any other creature before it does an AOE hit. (also they can blade the others faster)
Thank you! Yeah, you are totally right. That makes a lot of sense to keep the AOE hitter alive especially since they blade really well and they have good follow-up hits too.
@@DemonAxe1 The video was super helpful and very entertaining, thanks! I kinda gave up on it after that because I thought I wasn't welcome LOL. I just watched this video in case I ever came back. Since you said something, though, I'll give it another shot
@@DemonAxe1 I like to play myth minotaur and myth pig a lot, I think the minotaur pairs well with storm rat or storm elf because the smaller storm forms tend to get targeted in pvp since they deal a lot of damage but have low health. But the myth minotaur can can protect the smaller forms and is still able to pack a decent punch itself. The myth mino is excellent in a match up against an ice colossus. I think ice krok or balance krok tend to pair well with myth pig.
@@DemonAxe1 yeah they need to have a proper guide for these modes, because honsetly some players can get VERY toxic to new players, and its NOT good for the game as a whole. also i wish there was an option to report those that are just straight up toxic for no reason.
Thank you. This was very helpful. I am having trouble finding where to go for the beast moon boss challenge. My quest just says Celestia and I have no arrow to point me in the right direction. I also checked the wikki and it was not helpful. Can you help?
So this BeastMoon boss challenge is not actually in Celestia its in the arena all the way on the other side of the pvp section in unicorn way, in wizard city. There are like 4 difrent maps the Celestia one is the one in the video.. But the way you join this event is from the top right of the screen. Press on the Gama owl button and it will open a page of the scroll of fortune and the current running event. Press on the BeastMoon tab there (it's only a limited time event that happens once every month it's taking place now and will last a week). After you open the BeastMoon tab there should be a button at the bottom of the screen that says "Join Game", once you press on that it would put you in queue for a game. And then you can now follow what I covered in the video. A tip make sure to tell your team mates that you are new so they can help you and give you advice.
@@gardengirlnc yeah definitely, that's what I do. 😁 let me know how it goes! There is a discord link in the video description if you want to update me.
These game modes are so fun, but sometimes the players are more toxic to new or bad players than in a game of League of Legends, and THAT is saying something.
Can't agree with you more. I have been bullied and even reported for saying the correct things so it's terrible. Not just in beastmoon but that's because there are many bad (mean, terrible and creepy) players in wiz that get attracted from the traditional game to the beastmoon and monster mayham events.
You get some spellaments, you can craft cool looking gear and wands, and you earn lunari (Beastmoon coins) that you can upgrade beasts and buy crafting recipes with. It's a really fun game mode. I mainly play it cause I like it.
While the event is running, you can press on the button on the top right of the screen that has gamma in it. There should be a tab for beast moon (only if the event is running). Press on it then press join game at the bottom middle of the window. Then press join game again and that should place you in queue.
Completely lost me on the comment about life. He got the Life and Blades part correct, somewhat… But, I played with Life Fairy in Spiral… we finished the match with 8 minutes and 30 seconds to spare… Life does a little more than just heal, and the damage I can deal with Life Fairy using only the buffs that come with its form are anywhere between 375 and 350. Using Life Fairy’s own buffs the dps (damage per second) is relatively constant. So, actually, life can be useful for dealing damage… In the match that ended with 8 minutes left on the timer… my Life Fairy was spamming hits that dealt 500 damage…
i'll just make some points

2:28 I'd add that healing for no reason when someone won't die, especially with heal overtimes, is not usually good for time saving
Here because people got mad I sucked, even though I never saw a tutorial or anything. What was I supposed to do? Didn't know how hard it would be.
Yeah its a problem that there are no in game tutorials. But I hope the video helped! Also most people aren't like that the game mode is super fun!

Really great video, I'm looking forward to the beast combo review :)

Yeah I wish they had a better guide in game for BeastMoon. Maybe one day!

Great guide for people who have no clue what to do. Wish I knew a lot of this before I wasted lunari on leveling not tiering beasts!
Thank you and yeah I wish I saved my Lunari too when Beastmoon came out. I sadly thought leveling up was better than tiering at first.
Myth crock is good too. Has a powerful AOE, spells and traps that help.

The toxicity to new players is the main reason that I made this video. But yeah there is a really big problem with people being toxic.

Life forms are bad because people keep wasting time with heals…
