Regardless of if this game is good enough to win over Tarkov fans. It is very very good that Tarkov is now gonna have actual competition. BSG could of not picked a worst time to commit the worst PR disaster I have ever seen in gaming with the Unheard of Edition. Certainly is named well lol. It will be good long term for Tarkov, assuming they course correct on that edition, to have direct competition.

@@vaclavmajer5488 Tencent, first of all a chinese company which already makes people look sketchy towards a company. Tencent took over anarchy-online. My first Mmorpg, when they took over Funcom (creators of Anarchy-Online), they microtransactioned the living crap out of that game, its dead now. but the community is still alive and litterally begging for an engine update ( which they promised since 2014/2015) or a AO 2. still ask for a huge subscription fee because they know the diehard AO lovers will pay it. and the cherry on the top? when they took over Funcom, they placed a bitcoin miner in the game file, someone found out and they shitshow started with them deleting evidence. Takov gets faceslapped by them releasing this game and some competition is good!. but oh boy, when i head this video when they said: they want admin acces on the pc. seeing i'm one of the very few knowing their shady hystory. i'll skip. i want to play but..... a free to play game that is created by tencent, that wants Admin access on your pc..... i'll just grab the popcorn and wait for people to find crap out.

never played tarkov are the scoops actually a low frame rate?

But generally the problem is aiming in/out, since the scope picture will stutter/not load for a second, and the scopes have an abnormal amount of screen tearing
The scopes are okay as long as you're purely hardscoping for more time than your arm stamina will allow

Probably also bc he is always not just focusing on the game and stuff like that is pretty stupid like just think about the tarkov wiki and tutuorials everyone even starting now doesnt even read the quest or has to find out where something is. So chat for streamers is just like google for ordinary gamers
@@hopdig2168 for new players its 100% understandable and its a good qol feature just like all of the qol features in arena breakout. its just funny hearing aqua saying he doesn't mind doing something, when he doesn't and cant do it, chat has to do it for him lol. especially after playing the game for almost a decade and nothing really changing with what is and isn't valuable early wipe and end wipe lol

In the mobile version you buy meta gear and also can buy lower ping servers with real money. I don’t even hate it. I’ll just spend $20 so I can run all the best gear without grinding

I think he was thinking about it in the sense that it's only roughly 10,000 players right now so there isn't a huge server load. It's not unbelievable that on release if they see a significant surge in players load times could suffer

@@michalob21 think back to the before times when pre-ordering wasn't a thing. On release games like call of duty suffered immensely until the devs could get a hold on it. They were almost always under prepared for the first initial surge.
@@Brentster56 I think more my point is tarkovs load times are regularly at least a few minutes and this beta it's regularly 10 seconds so I assume once all probs are ironed out it will be 10 sec load times

id be great if they fix the gameplay feel like the how foot traversal felt like yer glidin on ground, or how it lack the sense of weight.
I'll give it a shot solely because it has a map and that is something that annoyed me with Tarkov the entire time I played it. No real excuse to not have one built into the game.

Yes the game has clear copies from tarkov but it seems cool. Only critique i have is the game is labeld a hardcore super realistic military sim. The game is faaaaaaar from those labels. Its more of a casual militaristic extraction shooter.

Maybe for players used to milsims and games like tarkov it's casual, but an FPS in which you lose everything if you die, you have to know when and how to heal, big recoil, buying all the stuff, even if it's intuitive compared to tarkov. Features like having to manually reload bullets on mags and buying everything is already a lot. There's no way this is a casual game. From an economic standpoint, you need a minimum of a 20 series GPU which means whoever plays it is invested in games, but yeah I guess that's a bit unrelated since casual games can have this too. But I understand what you mean comparing it to Tarkov. And it's a great alternative for tarkov enjoyers who don't have as much time, but are still willing to grind a bit.
@@ironpamf just look at the labels. The labels make no sense and compared to ACTUAL hardcore extract shooters it doesn't compare. It is a casual extraction shooter. Just wait till the buying of weapons and armor is implemented. That'll be sooo hardcore.

Yes it will be free and i played the mobile version(i stopped playing in s2 but i stopped playing because I don't someone to play with but I'm thinking of coming back) the mobile version is free and the devs said the pc version will be free

Listening to zchum cry about Tarkov's every transgression got old pretty quick bgl. As for AB:I, I've been in CBT since day one. The game is wal-mart brand Tarkov and feels excessively mediocre. Zero percent chance it comes out on top. What I do hope is that it'll be a good alternative for those who either can't afford Tarkov/are over Tarkov for one reason or another.
The intro on mobile was so linear and annoying and the gameplay was so easy, let's hope it's more competitive on pc

I'm a beta tester - it's like a bootleg Tarkov but it doesn't cost $250 and you load into a raid in under a minute, you can also cook grenades. Movement and gun play is alot more arcade-like. I played it for a few hours today and got bored so I went back to Tarkov. The UI looks unclean and clunky and there is a tonne of lag.

Everybody has to jump on the hate train. BSG will recover from this, and plenty of people are still playing. Nothing will replace Tarkov for a while. It’s still to best and most polished game in the genre right now. The new competition is good though.

@@MilkTestingMan And loads of people have jumped ship. I jumped ship from Tarkov over a year ago, I just generally think Tarkov has lost sight of what it was. The game lost the amazing feel it had in its' first 3-ish years when the alpha was released.
