Totally agree. Your home should be a place where it’s not 9 flights of stairs a bed that’s a bunk bed and narrow hallways it needs to be a place that makes sense and is open for your chair and have enough room
Chair lift to the basement would be very cool. For a future house with a basement. So you could have more space and be able to do it all yourself and transfer
Because people are ignorant they put tons of stairs in gyms which are great for a workout but don’t realize people in wheelchairs could go to a gym too but it won’t be as many just because it isnt.
I guess when you started going to NVCC you should have complained (only way to get people to listen to you unfortunately) about accessibility. Do that for any place that you want to go but can’t or any place that’s difficult!

Amen
Fixer upper is the best and Hillary is amazing
Ice baths are INTENSE. I did ice foot baths during my ballet time and they hurt so bad but once you’re done it feels so good.
My brother used to do them for his athletes . He still does them .

I think that girl totally didn’t understand because you know so much more about accessibility
I knew the bathroom was coming haha
Luckily my schools were all super handicap accessible all 3 of them.
