Sir i lent my car to friend and the friend and driver died in accident but no other party was involved. Am I liable to compensation or is insurance company liable?
Agar gaddi ka insurance na ho aur no fault accident main kisi ki death ho jaye 62 year old guy ki koi scrach bhi na ho road tuta hua ho aur scooter wala road tutne ki vja se gir jaye aur gadi ke saath bhi takra Jaye phir bhi gaadi ke owner ko Paisa Dena padega .. jhoota claim ho fake bils .. witness bhi mojood na ho ya fake witness sabit ho sake to bhi !!hi
