    here where i live moss is very prolific, my lawn is mostly moss. Its fun to go hunt for new species of moss to try and grow, though some types seem to be very difficult.

    Why do you need the charcoal to filter the water when the water goes on top of the moss first from the top why does it need to be filtered after it hit the moss then goes onto the rocks?

    • @insighteuphoric4692
      @insighteuphoric4692 Год назад +2

      because it will evaporate from the rocks, then condensate on walls, and precipitate. it will cleanse the water as it cycles this way.

    I know this video is a bit old. but does anyone know what yellowing moss means? not enough charcoal? It is definitely in a moist environment.

    • @ChouquetteBCH
      @ChouquetteBCH 2 года назад +1

      If the humidity level is OK, it’s probably the water: tap water is a no no, try rain or distilled water.
      In theory, the moss should revert to green. Good luck!
