    Those beaches are gorgeous! When I think of Morocco, I don't think about beach towns right away. Pretty cool surf town. I liked the design of that house too. Nice job Gabriel.

    about 15 years ago I spent about 2-3 month only in Taghauzouut. Was a amazing time, I met people from all over the world. one time I lived hotel for 5 euro which costs now about 40, then, the next two weeks I stayed in a empty build hose for free. Didnt go much surfing but still was great, the environment as well, take a walk in the backlands. Don´t know how it is now but I will find it out soon.

    Surfed there in the late 70s early 80s.Stayed with a French surfer named Speedo,he had a great small place on the point.It was nothing like it is now.Also stayed at a place called Chez Chebini.One time was camping out at La Source,walked to Taghazout square to get some food,watched the town beat a guy to death,throw him in a truck.Pretty scary.Also thieves would slice your tent and steal stuff while sleeping in the tent!It was raw AF back then,cops were ruff too.

      Yeah that's what I was thinking at first. Then I compared the temperatures and it was the same as Taghazout and I figured that was warm enough to enjoy them, even if it won't be ideal for swimming and whatnot. But the other factor was that flights out of Morocco in early January were expensive, too close to the holidays. And I found a cheap flight ($117) from Marrakesh to the Canaries. And then flights get cheaper by mid-January, so then I'll be able to find a cheaper flight from there to elsewhere. Haven't booked anything yet though, might wait until I get there because I'm not sure how long I'll want to stay there. They sound pretty sweet but also it's high season apparently, they might be a bit crazy.

      @GlobalAdventurer 7 лет назад +1

      I can believe that for tourists, but most adventurers like Gabriel are not actually tourists but extensive travelers and frankly we try our best to avoid touristy areas if at all possible. Most adventure travelers try to go to places that are off the beaten path, not on the beaches. But, places like Greece, Venice, and Dubai are great for tourists and travelers. But, to get some really memorable videos, there's nothing like being in the mountains just about anywhere in the world.

    • @mathieutallard6328
      @mathieutallard6328 7 лет назад

      Personnaly, i like remote places in tourist countries. thats hot anough for me. I am getting ready to go to Thailand and Cambodia. I will avoid the big cities as much as possible but i will be in countries that knows what a porn movie is as well as whats a blow job and i pretty sure those countries a more fun than going to Bengladesh even if that one has access to sea. I don' t do videos but you are right, the views in mountains areas are spectacular but i like it when it be cross in a couple of hours and be back to sea level. its often cold, wet and very quiet in mountains, to much for long stay, at least for me. But yes, a couple of hours to travel through is great.

    Its fun that your making anough money to travel to places that are not the world cheapest.
    I think Morocco doesn' t worth more than 10 days of visiting and it ain' t for everybody.
    I am glad youre going to Canary Islands. I have a friend who went there and he liked it and my brother went there also b ut beside going there to learn sailing, he didn' t like it that much. On one island, there are miles of bars and discos and swingers clubs with full of drunk people from allover the world. Theres lot of nude beaches but no really hostals. Mostly resorts but still affordable. I don' t know what image you gone a give of the place but i hope its gone a be for 16 years old and up!! I also hope you gone a rent some sort of motorized transportation to go freely everywhere. You are gone a have plenty of places to go like Fuerteventura, Tenerife,La Gomera,Lanzote and Gran Canaria. Make it a fun cheap hot and wild destination so i will want to go even if its dry land.

      Yeah I'm not sure how much I'll like the Canaries but I think it will be fun for a little while at least. Partly I'm going there just because there was a cheap flight and it was actually cheaper to fly there than to other places from Morocco, and then there are super cheap flights back to Europe. So it's a practical stop since it's so close and looks beautiful. I'll definitely make the most of it, whatever I find there. I did find hostels online though that are pretty cheap, so that's good.

    Hey Gabriel, I like your way of travelling, but doin´t you relize that your money comes from stupied advertisement presented to your viewers. Do you think that makes the world a better place or just easy living for yourself and even make you a more greedy and luxury loving person. Beside that, do you think about your carbon footprint, which will even get bigger from your followers, when they go on a similar trip. And last not least isn´t it a shame that travellers get the benefits from hard working people in "third world" countries, because the money exchange rate is a bitter sweet story, which allows us easy going? This Taghazout video could be much better, because of your speedy trip to this you can never see more details of reality.
