It is my understanding that in Revelation 17, the eigth kingdom or power would be the Papacy, how do you see those passages ( Rev. 17:7-11 ). Ellen White wrote that after the US apostacy would come the national ruin. Do you see it after the battle of Armageddon? How do you understand Daniel 12:9 regarding this topic?

Unfortunately they have been blinded and only have limited eye sight, mainly from what was once known that had managed to survive. EGW would agree that the king of the North is the Ottoman empire, the Turkey of her day. She even reprimanded her husband who taught it was the papacy on this subject. Daniel and Revelation cover prophecy with 2 different views in mind. Daniel seems to be more political and Revelation more religious. Where Revelation focuses more on the religious/spiritual side, Daniel focuses more on the the political signs and therefore is not focused on the papacy. As you said, no interpretation is private. Even EGW agreed with the Turkish view of Daniel 11.
So, when the armies of Turkey and Russia stand in the holy place as Rome did, then we know the end is very near. Look up because our Redemption draws nigh. Study all the waters that God dried up so His people could cross over: Red Sea, Jordan, and the Euphrates at the end to cross over to the Promise Land. At the Harvest, end of the world, Jesus will collect His ripe fruits (saints). The way is made for the saints, or the kings of the 'east'. Rev. 1 we are made kings and priests unto God. The Angel with the seal of God in Rev. 7 rises from the east. In the Sanctuary on earth, the pattern from Heaven, we enter in from the east gate to the west. Jesus, our High Priest, will leave from the west to the east to come redeem His people. It is important to understand the ways of the Sanctuary, and how God deals with His saints. While the 3 unclean spirits come out of the mouth of the dragon, the Beast, and the false Prophet to fool the whole world; God's people will safely cross over with their Redeemer Who has come to receive His first fruits unto the Father.
