WOW! There would be no problem living there. So the fire place is no longer used and it has radiator heat and a/c? Wonder what all the town amenities are? Fab place.
Eliminating the stand alone bidet and having a combination toilet-bidet would give room for a shower across the window end of the room, a roomy shower not a tiny one that is seen in most of the places for sale.

In America, those doors are called fire traps. 😮 Pocket doors are nice but are terrible to lock. Nicely finished!
