👋 WHO IS MANNY KHOSHBIN?
Manny Khoshbin is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, California. Manny immigrated to the U.S. with his family in the 1980s at the age of 14. He got his real estate license in 1992 and has spent the last three decades building his empire, privately buying and selling more than $1 billion in real estate.

I am amazed how good this car looks! 959 modernized…Gemballa is a legend, and his son continues to be there.
He says that the car is Number 40 (meaning last one made), and at 0:53 Manny says "So you've BUILT 40 of these.." and he goes "We're MAKING 40.." implying that the other 39 don't exist yet 😂😂. Just an interesting dialog option i noitced there

Its called Panorama Silver, named for Mt Panorama, home of the Bathurst 1000.

⚠ FULL STORY ABOUT GEMBALLA:
The guy in this video (Marc) is the Son of *Uwe Gemballa* who was famous for tuning Porsches in the 1990s - then the business hit hard times during 2008 and Uwe got into illegal activity (money laundering) for a Mafia in South Africa. He sent a Porsche Cayenne with $1million but when it arrived in South Africa - it was empty.
Uwe Gemballa was lured there... never came back. His corpse was later found wrapped in cellophane.
His son here, Marc, setup his own company 'Marc Philipp Gemballa' because the 'GEMBALLA' trademark was purchased by investors around 2010. They even tried to sue Marc hence why he has to call it 'Marc Philipp Gemballa'.
I remember this from the 2010s, Gemballa was quite popular like Mansory then suddenly dropped off. Suprised nobody else picked up on this story.
