Great video Whitney! My favorite part was about picking a task that matches your energy level. I need to be feeling pretty high-energy to do PCB layout, video editing, or other high-focus tasks... but if say my cat kept pouncing on me up the night before and I got lousy sleep, I'll do lower-focus tasks like populating boards, machining, or making phone calls.
