  • Dan Novak and Ashley Thompson host today's Learning English show.
First, John Russell reports on a U.S. government effort to increase battery production. The program provides $3.5 billion to companies that produce batteries and the important minerals that go into them.
Then, Caty Weaver and Ashley Thomson explore the traditions and meanings of the Thanksgiving holiday in America. After the report, Caty and Dan chat about their own "T-day" holiday activities.
We close the show with the LE Lesson of the Day. Andrew Smith and Jill Robbins base their instruction on the LE video series Let's Learn English. Today, Anna Matteo has some hairy problems that help Andrew and Jill explore prefixes and more!

'You shouldn't believe everything on TV, that is not 100% true.' I hear this saying somewhat like experts would beat around the bush pretending not knowing the procedure/method, put Web on the shelf. I'm sorry, I'm saying concerning captions.
