quality rappers don't usually do 10 million views a video, with some exceptions; those are popstars like tion wayne, digga d or russ...even headie one with the last video did less than 1 milli, it's normal...i think the best rappers usually settle between 500k and 2 milli a video, which is still very good for a street rapper
I think it's partially to do with how you market yourself, public image etc. Also the content of your music and how it's delivered. People like Russ and tion Wayne's music work better as party tracks imo they're always on jump beats. Also they don't talk as much crud and when they do it's not as bait so it's more listenable for a general audience. Radio can't really play 'your man ain't shit' 'he's a bitch'.
