And for the rest of the fellow investors watching this video, guys please let the new govt settle. Hyd and the surrounding area less than 50kms diameter has its own potential. New CM sir is from a real estate background and everyone is also aware of the hype and truth with real estate happening and it will surely it will be a test match scenario only, but, we never know when and why real estate projects change. See, in the coming 6 months if the private players are positive about Hyd, it's an indication for small investors like me to stay tight and continue with the investments. And our comparison should be with Bengaluru not with Amaravati. Amaravati should be built looking and learning from Hyd. If someone have already invested money, so hold it. If planning to invest more, hold on for 6 months.
