I tell people not to do banking with bank of America. My kid did identity theft against her grandma, my mom, with Bank of America. Bank of America knew it was happening yet did absolutely nothing till I found out about it. My child did prison time for it. I put her there.

They are playing emotional games with her and she was told to not tell anyone about it. We found out 3 months after it started by a flippant remark she had made. This started in Sept. 2023 and is still going on this week.

@MarthaLoweree appreciate your response I myself have been scammed multiple times because I’m the type of person that gives everyone the benefit of the doubt. Yet people have taken advantage of my kindness a lot. It’s interesting my parents never said much about not stealing. What they did teach me instead was to work for what I have. So the mindset of taking what doesn’t belong to me is unfathomable. Obviously it’s not right. Also from the Bible I was taught to “suffer yourself to be defrauded “. I would never sue someone. I do believe though it’s okay like you inferred to turn them in to the authorities Romans 13 speaks on just that. Thank you much! Mike
