Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup of Rice flour
1 cup of grated coconut
1 cup of jaggery
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup of crushed peanuts
Method:
Boil water add little ghee in boiling water then add the rice flour mix it well and cover it with lid so that it will cook more with steam switch off the flame and keep it aside | In a pan add ghee, grated coconut,crushed peanuts, jaggery and cook them together then shape the modak and add the filing as shown in the video after that keep it for steam N enjoyyyyy!!☺️♥️
