I remember the new years eve of 2017, when I arrived in Leh Ladakh, It was -20•C, at the freezing and silent desert. For some ordinary persons, It could sound like “crazy” flying up the Himalayas mountains for holiday during the coldest time of the year… however, It was my choice to experiment a such different and unique experience in India. I will never forget these days, i felt so energized, so special, so delighted 😍. I pretend to go back and stay longer and in different seasons to explore more. When people asked me where was one of the best places I ever been around the world, Leh Laddakh always comes up into my mind❤ And thank you, Kanishk, for produce such a masterpiece film. My husband got posted in Leh in the year 2020. I didn't want to visit coz we had a 1 year old that time. But inspite of the distance I do not regret it visiting and staying as well for 6 months. It was the most memorable 6 months for me. Visited all the well knowns attractions even though it was a bit challenging with a toddler. We were due to return home leaving my husband in the 2nd week of october and unexpectedly we had a light snowfall in the first week before we left. That was the first and last snowfall as of now that I have experienced.I never regretted it. People are so welcoming as well cause being from the northeast we look alot like them and they also mistook us and tried to have a conversation in their language. They r so welcoming and hospitable.

It is good for locals, with good roads, cheaper transportation, increased income, and a better standard of living. Bad, as the true essence of the place is lost due to a large number of tourists and it may also disturb the natural beauty of the place (if tourists are not responsible). Anyways, this is again another masterpiece by Kanishk, keep going, man!
