(4K) EPIC & RARE - Boeing 737 MAX 7 Experimental Arriving and Departing Vancouver YVR

- The 737-MAX 7 is a very rare sight at YVR. Actually, ANY 737 MAX is a rare sight at YVR. The EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) has been doing multiple tests with the 737-MAX 7 to recertify the plane.

When ever I see a Max from the front, they always look like they are smiling. I don’t care who says what about them, they are one badass looking aircraft ....
In my opinion, eye trapper produces the most beautiful airplane videos on RUclips.
The sad thing is, if MCAS was fixed, itd be the safest airplane in the sky. Its incredibly revolutionary. Sad to see it go down due to a shitty software
It was 2 accidents and it can be argued it airlines had gotten more training on it then there would have been no issues. They weren't just falling out of the sky all over
Are you daft, or just crazy?
A bonus Air India take off aswell!😍 Thanks ET
Love the cheeky Air North shots in this one. Great Airline if anybody is looking to experience a truly welcoming and homely customer service with fresh warm cookies made on the flight and a proper meal service
I'm gonna put my emotions aside. I absolutely love the 737. flown on it many times. The MAX incident shook me cause those passengers and pilots had no chance and lost their lives due to Boeing's shortcomings. Nevertheless it'll be nice to see how far this plane goes in its lifetime and how we, the passengers will respond to its return.
Beautiful livery. Very nicely done. I noticed it was trailing a shuttlecock to get some up close video. I'm a big Boeing fan and I hope they learned their lesson. Gonna be an expensive one.
Your name that I always knows which one is you xoxoxo
Shuttlecock
That was a very interesting visitor! Great footage, mate! Well done! :)
Indeed it was. Glad you enjoyed!
Seeing these MAX 7s in the air is positive news for thee 737 MAX program! Awesome footage as always. A big thumbs up from me!
Many thanks! Indeed, hope to see her flyin' soon
Good to see the 737 MAX back in the skies, where she belonged!
Just beautiful ET👌. Your videographer skills are just amazing Bud👌.
What’s the next video going to be?
Many thanks!
This is going to the most tested and certified passenger aircraft. Can’t wait to see them back in the sky’s
Same here. Can't wait to see them back at LGA so I can get some close-ups.
Max7 looks like a squashed 737
Thinking that the NG -600 is even shorter is funny
Sounds like you are painting the MAX as the safest aircraft out there.
@@hasty_polar_bear Ironic actually: the higher the perceived risk, the more precautions taken. Nothing is more true than aviation (in general, not just 737MAX), which makes aviation the safest form of travel by distance. Similar reason why there are less fatalities in buses than cars, despite sharing similar roads.
those huge engines look rather close to the ground.
Compare to 777 where the bottom of the engine is level with around the top of the main wheels, on the 737 the same point is at axle height, and the wheels are smaller.
No more room directly under the wing for them. When the NG series came out they pushed the engine nacelles forward of the wings so they could mount larger engines. It's also why the nacelles have a flatten bottom so they can have some ground clearance.
yeah 737 has always been vry low, original engines were cigar shaped, next version had engine casing flattened at the bottom
Nice shot of Air India B777.
What an amazing video mate! Liked!
Thanks man!
Can't wait for southwest to start getting these

Absolutely awesome catch!

Nice Video, i like it 🤩🤩👍👍
I hope all the tests were successful 🤞
Looking forward to seeing the video.
Great rare catch 👍👍

Ya vi el vídeo pero hoy lo vuelvo a ver, precioso el pequeño pájaro de los MAX. Increíble 👏 pillada
😁👌
excellent video mate
Thanks!
Nice video! Interesting catch. The B737Max' reputation has some deep scratches. It won't be so easy to win back confidence. But Boeing is working hard on it.
Thank you! Indeed, that is Boeing's main concern.
Hello mate, can I ask your permission to use this video under YT guidelines of "fair use"
Only if you provide credit
Those CFM Leap Engines looks even larger on the smaller MAX 7.... I can’t wait for its return to service and I have no doubt that this will be a safe airplane.

I don't trust the regulators. They're probably under intense pressure from airlines and Boeing. Especially in the US and Canada.
Only a few days of flight test with the people from the regulators each. I'm suspicious.
@@soravulpis96 It's far more than just a few days of flight test. Most of the testing happens on the ground, where you can subject it to things that would be far too dangerous to risk a test pilot.
Good. Have fun. You probably work for Boeing or a suppler. It’s a death trap!
Hey eyetrapper from the very first time I saw in Flightradar 24 app I am looking for the video. Expecting a good video from the new camera of yours
This was filmed with my existing camera. Next video will be with the new!

why avoid it when it is now safe. why r u expecting the 3rd crash WHEN IT won't HAPPEN. dream on looser
so it looks like they fixed the design flaw cause i dont see anything abnormal for the max 7
No hardware was changed
During Covid-19, are there still 787s, 777 and planes like that?
I know! I am just asking since there are no international flights
We get plenty of international flights here
True. I'm in the US and we are shut down. Eye trapper, I am not a plane watcher BUT I am going to Georgia in a couple months and I am going to film some planes at SFO. You could watch if you want! Not that you would watch me but hey, the offer is out there!
Did that 737 fly from Seattle
Yep
Look soy sweet the 737

i wish i could ride or see a boeing 737 someday but sadly i have to go to california airport because the boeing 737 does not serve the phillipines anymore or it did serve it decades ago when i was not born yet

Please explain why they use a dash7 and not a dash8 for testings?
Because the -7 was in the middle of certification testing when the grounding occurred, and all the test equipment was installed already. Just made sense. No difference in MCAS functionality between the -7, -8 or -9.
Have there been any orders for the-7max?
Originally yes, until Trump pissed-off the Chinese. Boeing trying to see if SWA could use them...last I heard.
Amazing how creditable is restored for the FAA, who if they were doing their job no one would have been killed.
Do all the maxs come with dually tire on the rear sets.
So, what passes as epic and rare?
Something that is not seen here often lol
eye trapper - hahahahaha.... right on I get it now. I’m a little slow. Cheers.
@@DustyCowdog 😄 no problem

Wow. I hardly recognise it in 1 piece.

The software bug has been done?
fixed yes
The Economics of the Dash7 Max is just wrong, C'S300 is a much efficient aircraft but that said, its good to have the MAX programme back in the air
It was designed to fit the requirements of the Chinese airlines that fly to the very high altitude airports.
Beautiful >>>>>>
its a really beautiful plane, I have always been a fan of 737 and 777. Hope they fix them and start flying again. I really wished airbus a320 also look good since its a really good and efficient plane.
I can hardly wait for this one.
By the time it gets its recertification this is going to be PROBABLY the most vetted plane ever.
I hope this flight goes well! 🤞
Great job!!!!!

Hopefully a comeback as soda cans.
Sincerely hope they find a definite fix. Very nice aircraft !
@Alexis ayala I have watched many experts and I understand your point (albeit safety is also software dependent in other manufacturers). But in fact, the engine position does pose unforseen problems. Not sure how they can relocate the power plant while maintaining regulatory "clearance" from the ground .....
Can someone explain me what does the MAX have hanging off its tail?
That is a static air probe, used to get static air pressure free of the aero effects of the nose.
I'm looking forward to this video.😃
😄
what did you film Boeing 737 max in september 8?
Just some ground clips
love the wind up of those GE9's
1:07 B777 : soo proud of you son!
Incredible video! It's very cool to see one of Boeing's actual testbed MAX's in their livery at YVR.
Thanks! Indeed it is
Looked a lot of folks were there for this event. What was that hanging from the tail at 5:45? You couldn't have gotten any better views eye trapper, you did a fantastic job buddy. I hope this works out for Boeing this time and it stays in the air until it's programmed to land. Nice work partner. I wonder if Boeing had any high profile people on the flight.
@soaringtractor You sound like your at least 10 yrs old duuuhhhhh
Indeed there was! Some sensor I believe. Thanks man! I appreciate it.
Static air pressure trailing cone.
Just the two test pilots from Boeing on this.
I Still prefer the older 737 !
@Bobby Brady Tough and reliable, World's workhorse! Some 737-200, that been around for over fifty years are still flying! That's why. Boeing screwed up an awesome plane ! And they should have continued with the 757 also. Boeing is 40 miles from my house.
@Bobby Brady The Max has flaws . Boeing had to install software to compensate the front heavier plane from pitching down. Older 737s are more human controlled. I pray that it's successful, still love them !
@Bobby Brady It's a flaw because they should have known the consequences of moving the engines towards the nose !
@Bobby Brady Actually I hope they knew. Flawed sensors were the culprit! The pilots could not override them .
best aviation channel I ever seeeeeee thanks eye trapper
keep it up
Thanks!
Can't wait till these actually start flying around the world 😍😍
Same
@GamingWithRd way to ruin the mood thanks 👍
@@aviationlover389 haha agreed
Hopefully they'll never get re-certified by a non-corrupt organization like the FAA has become.
I don't want the MAX flying in the air again. Any regulator that signs this off, any airline that continues to fly it, and any airline pilot that continues to operate it is performing a dereliction of duty.
Buggy software will remain buggy software. Boeing needs a culture shift from its engineers to software teams and start again with a clean-sheet aircraft.
@@soravulpis96 I'm sorry, what experience have you in the aviation industry? If none, are you in contact with anyone involved in the aviation industry?
