I'm not exactly sure why, but this literally has me in tears, having to keep them from landing on my cracked phone screen and ruining my phone. Maybe it's because those strings being silent for 30 years symbolizes all of the life that Kurt missed out on. I love music, I adore Nirvana, but fuck all that... Yes, we missed out on a lot of music potentially, but this man missed out on his life, which is just tragic. He sacrificed so much in order to give us what he did. Thank you, Kurt. You'd be proud of how your songs have lived-on. Or maybe you wouldn't give a shit, I don't know... Either way, thank you...for everything...

Kurt Cobain was my inspiration to pick up a guitar as a kid and play in the first place, literally learning by ear and just watching his hands. I don't know if I could handle holding the last guitar, and possibly the last strings he ever touched in his life. That's just so incredibly overwhelming. AMAZING dude!!! I love Nirvana, they were the band that made me want to play guitar. This is amazing. Congratulations on that experience. What a day. Thanks for sharing. Excellent video.
So happy for you to have this opportunity and so thankful that you put so much care into documenting the real guitar. Getting to see the Foo Fighters show side stage must have been one hell of a bonus! Here's hoping you get more opportunities like this in the future!
I could not help but smile all the way through this video, Eric. I am living vicariously through your fantastic experience. I've been a bit stressed thinking about Skystang 1 being auctioned and perhaps disappearing forever. It's bloody fabulous that you have shared this with us.
This is insanely cool! Glad you got to experience this!
What an amazing story. Incredibly well put together video. I smiled most of the way through this as it pleases me greatly to share your genuine joy in what must be a dream come true for you. And you seem like a very nice fellow so it is good to see good people having positive things happen to them. I appreciate your diligence on this topic, congratulations "Eric"!

It's awesome that you got to see the real deal, man, the original has always been one of my favourite Kurt guitars as well and it looks absolutely gorgeous in the flesh...

Thank you so much 🥹🙏🏻 the amazing Nirvana fan community is what got me in that room, i can only hope I’m able to give back to the community by creating this visual record!
You totally deserve this and it was bloody lovely to see how much it meant to you. Congratulations. Living the dream!
what an incredible video wow, id still be processing it all to this day if i had such an opportunity, the fact that not only did you get to see, hold and play one of kurts guitars, with the strings he played, but then to meet the remaining surviving members of nirvana straight after, thats so crazy on so many levels and its super cool to see, great stuff man
So very happy for your experience enjoyed; think about it, this is the culmination of all your hard work; well deserved. Thank you for sharing your amazing day with one and all.
I stumbled upon your channel today. I’m 45 years and grew up listening and admiring Nirvana. Your channel brought back so many memories.
I was in awe of this video from start to finish. Holding skystang 1 and meeting Dave and Pat must have been surreal.
Thank you for this and more power to your channel.
AMAZING dude!!! I love Nirvana, they were the band that made me want to play guitar. My full circle moment came this month when the band I work for played Paradiso in Amsterdam, the same venue that some of the classic footage from Live Tonight Sold Out was taken from. It blew my mind to be standing in the same place as Kurt during such a pivotal time in their career. Mind blown.
