I saw Paul 2 weeks before he died in a club in Higanum, CT, he did not look great but was in good spirits in the second half of the show after getting good and warmed up. He played the Hell out of that guitar that night with mostly Back Street Crawler mixed in with some Free cuts. Such an influential guitarist, he will be heard forever. Tuesday Morning, one of the best jams, ever. 🎸
One of the indeterminable questions, why the troubled and gifted find their way out in drugs and the ultimate crescendo to life so early. God, imagine what talent this guy could have exposed us to in his later years if he'd been allowed to survive. Bloody cruel - life is some days. No one played a guitar like Koss. Pick your favourite, declare your style of guitar playing, but no one played a guitar like Koss.
Z, The worst part was he was finally getting his shit back together but he had gone to far & his body could not handle the damage that was done. Such a shame for one of the best players in Rock . We miss him ..
i think of Paul Kossoff play guitar better than the god of clapton and hendrix!he has more feeling inside the music!so i think of him was the best player i have heard!
Poor Koss was heavily into heroin at the time. He could play, but could he write a melody? His mind seems to be focused on needles rather than music during this.
It is what it is. That last note is his signature for eternity .. Without the drugs he'd probably not have been as good. Sad but true. The light that burns twice as bright..

Why do the most talented ones die young? Such a wonderful musician.
Brilliant next to Jimi Hendrix

You visit the house with the name plate as there is no Grave as such.
The greatest thing Paul ever did
Time Spent Time Away for me, then this.
Kossoff just had it. You are drawn into him.
From 13.40 to the end is as close heaven as you can get. The final note is sublime.

Yes, totally agree. I often want to skip to this point, but usually manage to resist.

He was never a particularly prolific songwriter
A "JAM " is what it's about: a jam ! Magic.
@@gerardmcsorley7749 .. and a good jam is better than any freaking 'song' ever written!

Good lord, what are you on?
OK but quite long, could have made his story a bit more to the point
