350 gm, Oil
100gm, Onion ( for Barista)
150 gm, finelly chopped onion
1 tbsp, ginger paste
1 tbsp, garlic paste
1 cup water
1/2 tesp turmeric powder
1 tesp, Red chilli powder
2 tesp, mixed black pepper and Cumin powder
1 tesp, kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tesp, salt to test
100gm, finelly chopped tomato
100gm,curd
( 3 ) Rice ingredients
1 kg brown rice
2 Star anis
2 , cinnamon stick
2 tbsp, chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsp,fresh mint
6,cloves
5, green chilli
2 tbsp,salt
( 4 ) Biryani dam preparation ingredients
1 tesp, Biryani Masala
1/2 cup, chopped fresh coriander
1/2 cup,fresh mint
Barista
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp,kewda water
2 pinch Orange food colour
3 tbsp,ghee ( as you wish )
