I am very late, but I can give insight about the 13:05 bit. The Sergey Hacks option gives an indecent Attack boost, but it is not enough to kill everything, the easiest way to see it is, if I remember correctly, to start a No XP Sergei Hacks run ( it may work in normal XP runs, depending on how much the Attack stat increase affects the damage ), and then, during the cargo escape sequence, it is possible to not one-shot the enemies Gotham spawns. It is harder to do after that point, because of equipment and level-ups.
So, about the Starnikus boss, when I did my own super-powered NG+ run, I noticed some interesting things. You _can_ destroy all of the blobs before the boss comes in. If you do, then the game softlocks when Starnikus tries to absorb all of the non-existent blobs. On the other than, if you destroy all but one blob, the the boss battle goes on as normal. At least until it spits out all of the single blob. Once that happens, destroy that single blob will win you the fight. I have videos of these if you're interested, although you can probably just do it on your own. Probably works on the Arena version as well?
It is kinda crazy how different the game looks here compared to now with maxed out lighting and effects. Like you can actually see what the Mushroom forest looks like here. With maxed settings, the forest has shadows everywhere and you can barely make anything out.
I just finally beat the game on the same gimmicks you had (minus witch time). Part of me died inside when I realized you could skip the final bosses phases in the first fight and didn't have to "dark souls the entire thing". I had a 50% bouncer modifier to boost damage against broken enemies. I would play the first couple of phases normally and when I got to the gimmicky parts (the shield attacks for the designer, and the HP boosting for the elephant), I would eat an attack boosting item and use Song of Storms to consistently skip 2-3 phases, and then would have to do one legitimately before skipping the rest of the fight with a second SoS. This battle was absolutely insane. I sympathize with Gautham after it.
Does the icicles from Snow Flawke and the ice guard arts (can't remember the name) have Sergey Hacks as well? I know this vid is a year old, I just wanted to voice my thoughts.
Shizuka's supposed to say something like, "I'll keep fighting you FOREVER! You and your stupid damage glitch!" Looks like losing a round negates this.

Is it time? Next video? Do we start the fated DLC?
