Beautiful take-off especially the view of the airport

SAT is supposed to be one of the last cities to get the md-80!
That's true! The MD-80 is likely to be used last on routes within Texas, and SAT suits its capacity perfectly.
Amazing, actual I will be making a connection in Dfw to Lga n I'm flying that same route but cool video
Correct me if I'm wrong, but in your profile pic, is that United's Terminal B gates at SAT?
Yes
Awesome video! I wonder how long it will be before American retires all of their MD-80s?
They should be all gone by 2019.
***** Hello chap, please tell me, where do you live? Near Dallas?
***** The next time you travel onboard the MD-80 please make a tour video inside the aircraft show us the lavatories the back of the airplane all that stuff. =3
Well, the next time I fly an MD-80 will be part of a long trip from San Antonio to Barcelona, Spain. I won't have enough storage on my cameras for another MD-80 trip report, but I plan to make trip reports for the 757 and 777 (in both business class and economy).
