Two men were shot at Tompkins Square Park in Manhattan on Friday morning, according to police. One died at the hospital. CBS New York's Jennifer Bisram reports.

I stopped bringing my first dog to this park about 10 years ago. I use to bring him every day after work but it started getting sketchy and weird. I can only imagine how bad it must be now.

Any park with fences around all the grass areas protect the grass, but funnel everyone in the park into what become firing lanes during a shooting... All fenced off parks like this are, is a series of alleyways. They care more about the grass then they do the people using the park.
Another news channel reported the shooter as being a Hispanic man wearing a black sweater, black hat, and black sneakers. Since they said Hispanic, my initial thought is brown or white, but I guess the shooter can be an Asian Hispanic.
4 years after the mask mandates, it should be made illegal to wear masks on public streets, and wearing any should allow a legal stop and search by police.
