A lot of people who do these Solar videos always do it in easier markets. Would love to see someone come to LA, SD, or any part of SoCal and try their luck out here. Whole different ball park and I’m positive most of these guys wouldn’t last or their numbers would be cut in half
Seems like he needs to watch some old blitzs. These guys have hit some of the tougher areas in the industry. Covering most of Texas, Cali, Florida, AZ and Utah, I'm telling you those markets are the toughest. Not LA. The area is just beat to death, but there's still deals there
im in LA as a setter for Lumio. i started 3 weeks ago i have 3 deals closed and a handful of appointments. anywhere with enough sun is subject for someone to go solar - a lot of people just haven't had it explained right! i will say that most people here have been knocked, but it's all about the conversation!
Great and inspiring content! I'm a highly motivated high ticket closer with backround in real estate currently looking into solar myself. I'm experienced closing home owners 100% virtually for a real estate company. Is it possible to work remotely as a setter with you guys?
You’re spot on brother, what they do and how they do it really motivates someone like me to be better. I just got into solar myself and was looking into additional ways of setting appts on top of d2d. Got any tips, pointers or advice?
And idk about you but theirs not more unAmerican than not having the control you know.. of power. And that’s kind of the goal, you own your ….. #red snapper too 🐐🐐
Love the work ethic but you can’t get away with half this shhhhin In NY! Sell here you can sell anywhere! I want to see that Video Keep hustling Go Bless
Love the Lumi Bros you guys have great content. Only thing that I seen that’s misleading is the roof “loophole”. They just changed the law with the tax credit and unless it’s a solar roof, the roof can not be included in the 30% tax credit anymore. This was changed this year when they extended the 30% credit. Red snappers the shit, but probably doesn’t know the new law change.
Yeah I know nobody I’ve sat down with pays enough in from those avenues to get it soon enough to effect their payment. I guess maybe some finance companies give them more than 16 months. Idk I never sell on tax credit to retirees it’s too uncertain and a little deceptive imo.
im concerned that this retired gentleman doesnt have enough tax liability to benefit from the tax credit. also seems a bit old to be offered a long term loan.
You improve that pitch every video 👏👑
1% better everyday
i like the digital business card idea! with it you get the person’s number.
Eureka!
RepCard !
BEST CLEAR AND HONEST APPROACH PITCH, I'VE SEEN FROM YOU ALL YET!!!
Great guy but its not honest because he said 3 statements that are not true
So good! Thanks for all you do’ man killing out there! Yaaas

Why make it difficult in a hard territory if there’s low hanging fruit everywhere else

We will soon be in California. We can’t wait to adapt to those unique markets.

How long did it take you to specialize in the information about solar to be as confident as you are bro?

🔥
Can’t wait will
Great content! Question. How is the homeowner getting the Tax Credit if he is retired?
Are you hiring for solar sales reps in Southern California?
it’s my first year selling solar. I’ve been watching you guys since I first started thank you for everything.
We’ll keep pumping out new content for you!
Lumi bros do great work !
Brilliant presentation
🙌👌
The one with Mike was fire.
🙌 one of the best ones!
I was put under the impression that people who are retired aren’t eligible for the tax incentive? Can you confirm
Red snapper 🐐
💥💥💥
10:20 he said it would increase the price from $120 to $150?
He knows how to talk that talk
💪
Smoooth!

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will look into that so we’re always saying the correct things. #AlwaysLearning
You write the roof in as free, paid for by the solar company, wrap it into the financing and don't have a separate line item cost. Boom loop hole
0:30 haha xD
Saying that you can include the roof in the 30% is 100% wrong. It's specifically excluded.
I don’t see this guy being able to get the tax credit. 😅
Same
If they pull money out of retirement accounts, that’s taxable
That’s what I was thinking too
This is the type of guy that has a pension and pays enough, especially with his wifes taxes added
🔥🔥🔥
If he’s retired how will he get the tax credit??
If he has a pension or retirement savings he pulls from then thats still taxable income and he could potentially qualify
Yeah I know nobody I’ve sat down with pays enough in from those avenues to get it soon enough to effect their payment. I guess maybe some finance companies give them more than 16 months. Idk I never sell on tax credit to retirees it’s too uncertain and a little deceptive imo.
@@kirbymode9863 or just sell him a lease and explain that on the sit down.
Will tell me that guy closed?
I thought retired people didn't qualify to get 30% off of their solar.
Great pitch will but let’s be honest this guy won’t get the tax credit, that’s where a PPA or lease would be the best option.
As long as him or if he has a significant other as long as there's taxable income then he can
He has a son that can most likely get it though…
im concerned that this retired gentleman doesnt have enough tax liability to benefit from the tax credit. also seems a bit old to be offered a long term loan.
So what you are saying is he’s getting finessed
Hmmm…I wonder why NOT ONE person knows anything about the flyer or the other BS you spew?
"Projects" .....bs.
